Chapter 25

I woke up in my room, feeling extremely tired. "Noooo, I don't wanna get up.." I yelled! I sat up and stretched my arms then I heard a small tap on my window. I stood up and flung my curtains open revealing natsu and happy's faces smushed against the glass, a giggle escaped my lips. I then opened my window and they fell in. "Can you just come through a door like a normal person?" I asked while walking to my walk in closet. I got changed into a flannel and some ripped jeans. I topped my outfit off with some adidas shoes and a beanie. I walked out with confidence and showed off my outfit, doing funny poses. They both laughed at me when they were interrupted my a stomach growl. I looked down at my tummy and patted it lightly. "I'm STARVING! What about you?" I laughed, "is anyone up for breakfast at the guild?" I asked while grabbing my keys, I then jumped out of the window "wings of space come forth and help me!" I yelled, wings magically appear on my back.

We finally got to the guild and ate some awesome breakfast, I then got really tired and a took a small nap.

//FLASHBACK//

You monster!

I walk out of a broken up house with black eyes. My magic power took over my soul, being 6 and holding some evil power. Everyone was scared. All the dragons looked towards me and roared. "Shut up!" I yelled, my voice sounding demonic. Cosette chanted some spells and I felt myself come back.

"What?" I asked all the people and exceeds, they all looked at me in disgust, all of them held up torches and pitchforks.

Monster!

Kill her!

Rid of her!

I backed up into a wall and cried out.. seeing everyone come at me full speed. I looked at the dragons with great sadness, they finally finished another spell and they all disappeared into a mist.

"Did you kill them!?" I yelled! My dragon shook her head, "no you killed all of them, but your mind created copies of them telling you you are a monster. And now for what we are going to do it's all your fault!" Cosette yelled, tears ran down my face. "Mama!"  I cried out, running towards them with arms open. But my dragon put her talon up and waved it slightly. "We are leaving because of you. It's all your fault. It's your fault that we are leaving our children!" Igneel, Grandeeney and Metalicana said. "What?" I mumbled, I fell to my knees and cried harder.

Don't leave... I'm lonely..

Suddenly a bright light appeared and filled my eyes, when it disappeared all the dragons were gone with out a trace.

//FLASHBACK END//

I bolted awake feeling the sweat drip down my eyebrow, i looked around and saw everyone staring at me. Lucy, natsu and gajeel looked the most concerned. Lucy ran up to my and shook my shoulders, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU KILLED EVERYONE!?" She screamed, my eyes widened and every bad memory flew into my brain. "W-what? O-h that." My shaky voice managed to spill out. "I-it's nothing! you just said you killed everyone, also you mentioned someone named mama?" Natsu said while grabbing Lucy's shouders and pulled her away he then walked closer and sat down at the booth i was in. I stood up and tried to walk away but erza blocked the door way. "Is there something your hiding from us?" Erza asked while raising an eyebrow, she walked closer to me. I backed up into a wall knocking down a few things, now that caught the attention of everyone in the guild. "No... I'm not hiding anything.." I lied, the stench of anger filled my nose. Erza punched the wall beside my head creating a hole. I didn't even flinch. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU KILLED PEOPLE!" erza yelled as she launched herself at me but before I could react natsu pulled her away. "Uh.." I mumbled, everyone moved in closer with their magic ready and weapons out. "Yeah I killed people but I didn't mean to." I said as calmly as I could. I looked down at my feet.

NATUS'S POV

"Yeah I killed people but I didn't mean to." She said calmly, how could she be so calm right now? "Why?" Lucy cried, I looked at her then Mae, her head moved down and her bangs created a shadow. "I guess I can't hide it anymore.. my secret is.." she took a large breath before she finished her sentence. "That I'm the reason why all the dragons are missing.." those words fell out of her mouth, my mouth dropped open. "W-what?" I felt my heart stop for a moment. "N-no way..." I said feeling the tears well up in my eyes, "you cant be.." i added. She looked up and started to cry, "i-it's all my fault!!" She screamed at everyone, we watched as her tears fall onto the ground. "I'm the reason all the dragon slayers can't find their dragons, i scared them off and now I destroyed everyone's lives!" Everyone gasped and dropped all their weapons. "B-but.. there is one good part." She whispered, "what can be so possibly good!" Erza yelled, Mae shook her head "i know where they are and I'm the only one who can open the gate to the dragon realm..." she mumbled but only the dragon slayers heard. "The only problem is i don't have the last part to the spell and i really need it.." she stopped took a breath and spoke again "but.. I can't guarantee that they will welcome me, after all this is all my fault" she wiped a tear from her Rosie cheek. It took awhile from me to think of an idea but when it popped into my mind I yelled it out. "WHY DON'T WE GO INSTEAD! They'll probably welco-" i was cut off by Mae, she looked at me her eyes glossy "no... you'll die first step in there... the one who possesses the spell is the only one who can enter..." she cried, before we knew it she ran out of the guild.

God damn Mae why didn't you tell us...
