Imagine that person B in this scenario is the Senpai, and person A is the Yandere.
One day, person B is chatting casually with person C, and A happens to see them talking.
Person C makes a joke, and person B laughs at it, laughing so hard that they blush. Person A assumed that C flirted with B, and decides that C is a threat, and needs to be dealt with.
