The unexpected event

Ash walked into the bar rather moodily and sat on a high stool and ordered a cider.HIs friends approached and they started talking.As the conversation went on the door bell was heard once again but all the people that were expected to show up were already there. Ash looked in that direction and saw that it was a girl. She went in and said out loud so everyone could hear "Who here goes by the name Ash Lynx?"Everybody went quiet and Ash stood up from the stool and answered "and who would like to know?" He started approaching her and she said "Well if he could spare a few minutes of his time i would be very thankful." Ash shrugged and leaned onto a nearby table "Its me." She responded "Great.I would like to have a drink with you. Are you up for that?" Ash agreed and they chose a seat. Everyone from Ashes group was glaring in their direction.After a short while of talking they both stood up and shook hands. Suddenly Ash turned around and asked for everyones attention. Then he broadcasted to everyone that the gang had a new member.Everyone was shocked and started questioning him. He then explained that the story of (Y\N) was actually pretty similar to his own so he decided to give her a chance. After some time everyone else agreed even tho they were still confused as to what exactly happened to make ash want to let (Y\N) join. Ash and (Y\N) started walking out of the bar and left the gang puzzled. Suddenly (Y/N) turned around and asked "You sure didn't need a lot of persuasion to let me join.Why is that?" Ash stopped walking and told (Y/N) "i don't know...i guess i saw myself through the story you told me.Then suddenly Shorter came with his bike and saw the two walking together.
