Bendy POV

Cup, our children, and I were all sitting in the court for trial to put away this bastard. Cuphead was the one up there with against Dice and his lawyer. I felt somewhat nervous because of the trial.

"So Cup have you had any relationship with Dice before?" The interrogator asked eyeing him suspiciously.

"Once, but I didn't want to take part in it."

"Explain more."

"Dice used to be a close friend of mine in college. Back then he knew I was gay and after I graduated we lightly did keep in contact. But on the day that my husband left for a bit he came over. It started out casual as in what normal friends do. Except when I left for the kitchen I didn't see him follow me. He pinned me to the wall and started to kiss me. At that moment Bendy walked in and saw." Cup finished up. I glared down at my lap remembering that day. Dice is lucky I didn't kill him for that, but I should've.

"Did anything else happen to Dice?" The man with his slick back hair asked getting up closer.

"Yes. After Bendy saw what happened he got angry, and threw him into a table breaking it." He confessed.

"No more questions." The man said going back to his desk. Soon it was Dice's turn to go up.

"Why did you try to get intimate with Cup that day?" The man asked his arms crossed. Dice appeared nervous.

"Because I've been in love with Cup for a long time and my lust just got the better of me."

"So were you aware he had a lover?"

"Yes.." Dice answered looking down a bit. I smirked.

"How did you feel about that?"

"Angry and upset."

"Were those emotions a reason you wanted to ruin Cup and Bendy's relationship?"

"U-um.. I think. I was caught up in the moment."

"When you found out they were married and had children did those emotions drive you to the edge and make you think taking away their son would give you revenge or payback?" The man asked going up to him with a slight glare. I tensed up looking at Dice. Was this true..? If so, I swear to god he better be sent to prison for life.

"Yes." He said without hesitation. My eyes widened, my hands turned to fists, my teeth gritted against each other. This bastard! I looked at my kids seeing that they looked a bit confused and understanding at the same time. I calmed down and held them close to each side of me.

"So you believed that even though this child is only a toddler that they would be the best for revenge?" Dice hesitated to answer.

"Y-yes.."

"No more questions." He said going back to his desk once more. The trial ended and it was time to hear for what the punishment for Dice would be. An officer came out with a piece of paper.

"King Dice, for kidnapping, sexual assault, and abuse to a minor, the penalty you are given, is a life sentence in prison." The officer said. Dice's eyes widened and tears filled them. I don't get why because he should've seen it coming. You don't kidnap a child, hurt them, and get away with it. I'm glad this, pardon my language, motherfucker, is going to prison. It's better then what I would've done to him. As we walked out the building me and Cup had a sense of relief. Because Dice's in prison and we know that one threat for our children is gone. I just hope now we can keep our children protected because we failed once, we can't fail again, because it won't be guaranteed we will have this chance to better protect them if we fail once more.
