Chapter 7 ·Dead Silence·

Jake/Darzeth POV-

I was cooking pancakes and I went to my fridge grabbing eggs and bacon. I placed the frozen bacon in a plate and put in the microwave to heat up,and I searched for the Pans in my cabinets for the eggs and bacon.

I started to hear shuffling from the halls from where my bedroom was,Heh... Seems like the beast finally woke up from her deep slumber.

"Morn'in Jake,"Yawned the Beast who rubbed her tired eyes. She seemed so tired yet relax.

I put in corn oil onto the pan and let it warm up a bit.

"Good Morning Katie,How was your sleep?" I greeted and asked as I started cracking eggs on the pan.

"It was amazing,who knew you, a smol boi slept in a queen size bed and feel like a queen on those amazing soft matrice," She said and making fun of my shortness.

I puffed my cheek and sticked my tongue at her. She snickered and then started to smell the Pancakes and Eggs cooking.

The eggs were being cooked as the clear started to become white as it sizzles on the pan making a few poping noise. I heard the microwave beeped meaning it finished heating up the frozen...well now warm bacon.

"Making Breakfest? Yummy!" She said as she seem like she was about to drool in hunger as she watched me cut the bag with beacons in it and placing them on another pan with oil already in there that was heated up.

The Bacon sizzled and Katie sat down on the dinner table ready to shove down the food that'll be done soon.

"Do I smell Bacon?" said a voice waking up from the living room. I heard a shuffle of him sitting up from the couch.

"Seems like your the same like Katie who can't wait for food huh?" I said with a chuckled. Katie sticked out her tongue and chuckled soon after my remark.

"You know me way too well," He said and walked to the dinner table and sat near Katie.

"Hey Digi,When did you came over?" asked Katie.

I started to take the eggs out of the pan and placing them on three separate plates,each plate had 3 pancakes and now 2 eggs each. Now I just finish the bacon.

"Last night,Me and Jake were talking last night and it started to rain hard so Jake insist me to stay for the night,which gladly except for breakfesttttt!" Digi yelled and Katie started to laugh.

"Wow,You too are definitely the same," I said as I finished cooking the bacon and put 2 on each plate.

"Yeah,"They both said at the same time then looked at each other and started laughing,

I placed the plates in front of them and put mine where I was gonna sit down,and that was in front of them. I went to my fridge and grab a box of orange juice and took out 3 cups in my cabinets.

I poured orange juice in each and gave them a cup with it and then put back the box of orange juice back in the fridge.

I sat down and notice they already had butter knifes and fork and the was a set on the side of my plate.

"Enjoy," I said happily as they both started to chow down my beautiful Master piece.

-Time skip

"Its almost time to record,I guess you guys gotta get going to your places," I said as they finish their food.

"Yeah,Katie I'm fine taking you to your house," said Digi to Katie who was washing the plates.

"Oh Really? Thanks dude!" She thanked Digi and turned off the water and dried her hands.

"So,This episode is about BonBon going through puberty,basically his voice change cause he's trying to become big and makes a potion that changes his voice. I guess I might have to ask Brandon if he can alter his mic," I said as I got up from my seat.

"Well Me and Katie should go now,talk to you Jake later in the recording k," said Digi.

"If you two are gonna be all mushy and whatever why don't you two date" Said Katie joking and I was glaring at her embarrassed.

"Well~ Goodbye my honey bunny~"joked Digi and kissed my cheek. I blushed and punched his shoulder.

"Guys stop making me all fluster!"I yelled as I smiled embarrassed.

"But we love making in all flustered and red," Said Katie who hugged my arm laughing.

"Yeah!" said Digi and hugged my other arm.

We all laughed and said our byes. I closed the door.once the two got out and I said bye to them. I'll talk to them in a bit for recording so I should check set if everything is good for recording.

I went to my other room with my monitors and set. Mostly my lil studio.

I started to open my recording set for the episode and checked Twitter for usual likes and retweets.

I went to connect one of my monitor to Discord and find to see everyone online. Looks like Katie and Digi finally got home cause Digi is already in the call.

I clicked the connect button and immediately regret when saw everyone join....even Gallant.

Dead Silence filled the voice chat

"So....What did you guys do yesterday?"
