Chapter 3: New Me = New Life

        It's weird being in Tokyo, I hardly know the language and it's literally always bright at night. Damn it feels like yesterday that I was a normal kid, now I'm a whole new person. I honestly lost count of how many people I have killed just to keep my powers. I turned to an alley and saw five grown men trying to talk what seem like a teenager into a whatever it is. I casually walk over to the alley and as I got closer they started putting hands on her, sexual harassing her. "Here we go..." I muttered, as I put my mask on and felt the shadows consume my body once again with my swords on my back.

        As I approached her one of the guys stood in front of me, and he said "Where you going black kid?" I realized he saw the color of my skin by the small opening showing my eyes, but I replied back "I'm taking the girl home, then you and your dead beat friends can beat it." The guy smirked at me, I asked "Am I funny to you?" As he went for a reply I slammed him into the wall on the left of me, I watched as his brain splatted up the wall. The other 4 turned to me pushing the girl on the ground and I guess telling her to stay in Japanese. One charged me, but I flipped him in the air and grabbed the guys fist on my far right and squeezed till his bones were dust and kicked him into the wall knocking him out. The middle one charged me I grabbed him and then the one I flipped in the air and Impaled him thought the guy then cut his head off. The last one went to run, but a shadow grabbed him and started to drag him to a dark area, I told him "Let the shadows hug you" I smirked and looked back at the girl who was holding a gun at me.

        I asked her "So now I'm the bad guy here huh?" She still held the gun at me shakily as I can see it was fear. I started walking towards her and said, "Go ahead pull the trigger, become a murder, but if you miss you will end up like them." The words must have broken through her skull because she put the gun down. "Thank you" I told her, I started to pick the organs out of them and souls. She asked with curiosity and perfect English that in my head was shocked, "Why do you do that?" I replied "Why don't you?" She sounded enthusiastic about being around me, she told me "Well my name is Manama and I know who you are." I replied "Do you now? That is very interesting." I grew very annoyed with her watching me pick these organs and souls so I threw my rage at her. I said "What do you want with me?! Why aren't you taking your ass home?!" She replied calmly "You're my savior, so I should at least repay the debt." I told her "I doubt I am a savior I do this for a reason, You saw my speed and strength, so you know I am not normal." She replied "You work for the Grim Reaper, you were revived weren't you," I stood and drew my blade flashing light in her eyes.

        I walked around her and studied her she was still shaking. I though how in the fuck did she know I was resurrected by death could it be possible she is probably one of his assistants? She said with hesitation "I-I know you, because um... like my grandfather was saved by an Grim Reaper assistant." Hard to believe her story, but what the hell man anything can happen. As I picked up the remains and put them in the dumpster. I started to walked out of the alley back to my "respective home" just a small apartment building. I turned the television on, and I realized I fucked up with what I saw.

        I saw a video of me when I beat and killed all five guys. I realized looking in my Japanese dictionary and realized I was being called a hero. I don't know how yo feel about this, because one I'm made I got caught by a careless mistake, but on the otherside... I am a motherfucking hero here. Damn why is it so, easy in Japan, but not in United States. I think I'm going to like it here. As I looked at my arm and saw ATK. One day I will find my nemisis again, and It won't end in her favor. I layed back and turned human before the sun could touch my face. All I could think was "Lights out.."
