My new phone

"What were you doing by yourself anyway?" Sky asked still hugging me. My eyes widen.

I didn't really want to tell him why I was by myself.

"I was looking for a mall that had a certain store." I tried to not tell him the real reason. Sky let go of me and smiled.

"Well at least I followed you"

"Didn't you say that you "didn't" follow me?"

" no I didn't I noticed you get in the taxi when I was walking than saw all that stuff"

"Oh" my head was really sore but I didn't want to worry sky any more.

We've walked home and didn't say a word after what had happened. I bet he was embarrassed.

But I was a little too.

As I got home I told my mama to drive me to the mall after I explained everything

When mom drove I thought about earlier. Sky's chest was warm.... I shook the thought away

We arrived at the mall and went in.

" so this sky person saved you?"

"Yeah don't mention it now."

" why do you not like talking about someone you like?"

"No no! I don't like him in that way!"' I yelped.

"Heh heh your so silly"

The new phone was bright orange with red rose petals being blown away on the front of it.

The inside was neatly painted black and white.

I waited till the next day to tell sky that I got one.

The next day at school I looked for sky but I didn't see him in the halls.

Jazzy and Jenna came up to metro greet me.

"Good m-"

"What's your phone numbers?" I interrupt

"Uh hers is *********** and mine is ***********"

"Thanks" I say as I add them to my contacts. They look at the front of my phone.

"Woah did you just get that new brand?"

"Uh I guess. This is my first phone so..."

"WHAT?!??" They shout. Everyone looks at them again.

Jazzy takes out the realistic knife and scares them off

"DEM BITCHES BE LOOKING AT ASS-GOOD KNIFE"

"But it's fake?" I say laughing.

"SINGSHINEY (for some reason n o p e keeps turning into singshiney xD) it's real." She says.

"No it's not" I laugh again.

"Yup I agree" Jenna laughs with me. Someone taps my shoulder I turn around and notice sky

"I-"

"What's your number I got a phone" I interrupt again. Jenna and jazzy look at me like "wtf"

"When did you get a phone"

"Yesterday, mama got one for me. She's really rich so that's why she bought it right away"

I try my best not to make the biggest lie.

"Oh" he smiles "it's **********" I quickly type his number.

His name appears as Ski instead of Sky. I try not to make a big deal out of it.

" I'm gonna go now" Sky says as he walks away.

"Lean don't you realize you were talking to the popular one?!" Jazzy asked.

"He's my friend" they both gasp and slap me, I laugh as they get angry.

"Your just jealous about it" I whisper as they keep smacking me.
