chapter one

Jungkook stared at the tall building before his body. Rays on sunlight shine against the surface, making the young boy squint his brown orbs. His gaze soon went to the paper in his hand, giving his head a quick little shake to the side before heading to the front entrance.

Before Jungkook could even get close enough to touch the door handle, two security officers stopped him. Looking the boy up and down, one held out his hand after seeming to not find what he was looking for. "ID please." He said in a gruff voice.

Frightened and confused at what the man was talking about, he could only shake his head. "I don't have one, but I do have papers." Holding out his hand with the papers in them, he gave it to the man's outstretched hand. Said man gave the papers a quick skim before nodding to his partner. The two moved aside, letting the young man in.

Walking into the cool air almost made him sigh in relief, beads of sweat having began to roll down his forehead from Korea's sun. Jungkook stood for a few moments, still calming down from the fright he had just gotten.

Not long after, he arrived at the front desk, where a lady sat typing away at her keyboard.

Clearing his throat slightly, he put a friendly smile on his face. "Hello, my name is Jeon Jungkook and I'm here as a background dancer for Mr. Kim Taehyung. I don't know if you'll need these but here are the papers given to me by CEO Kim to show my identity." The woman looked up, brown locks falling slightly around her  heart-shaped face as she returned his smile.

"Alright, just wait a moment please and yes, I will need those papers." Stretching out small hand, she grabbed the papers gently from him and set them on her desk. Clicking sounds were heard from her mouse as her fingers soon went to work on typing, what he guesses, his name. Every so often her eyes would go to the papers and she would flip through them before continuing to type.

"Alright Mr. Jeon, you'll be getting ID card so you can just walk in freely next time. You'll only get one for your time here, when done it must be retuned. You must keep the ID with you and the ID must be able for others to see it, unless there are special circumstances otherwise you'll be stopped immediately even with papers if the security officers cannot see the ID." She said quickly, her fingers still typing vigorously against the keys.

Few seconds passed before she stood from her chair, her height reaching to his shoulder in her heels. Walking out from behind the counter, she motioned for the man to follow her. The woman's heels clicked against the clean tiles, her hair bouncing from side to side in her pony tail. As they passed, she would greet some people for a moment before they finally reached a small room.

From where he stood, Jungkook could see inside was a camera, lights, a small stool, and a black screen behind the stool. From the side, a small printer stood. He hadn't seen much of those types but he guessed it was the one that printed out a card for someone after the picture was taken,

"Please take a seat on that stool right there." Her hand motioned to the stool set in the middle of the room. He complied to her words, walking over and setting his bottom down on the stop of the stool while the worker went behind the camera. He fixed his hair a bit before turning to the camera and putting on a big smile. A flash went off, making him blink multiple times before his eyes trailed to the printer. Noises came from it before a card slipped out with his newly taken picture on it and his information.

Grabbing the card and a black lanyard, the woman slipped the card into the plastic holder before handing it to Jungkook. Taking the item, he put it around his neck and stood up. "Alright, I just need to do a few more things, please wait outside for a moment and I'll join you later." She told him as his eyes scanned her own ID to look for a name. Finally knowing her name, Manoban Lalisa, he walked to the door, his fingers playing with the string around his neck. A sigh escaped his red lips and he opened the door.

It only had taken him one step before his body would ram into another body. Said body gave out a grunt as the two stumbled away from each other. Lisa gave a small gasp of shock, rushing over to the two. "Are you both alright?" She asked, eyes skimming over before widening in shock at seeing the new man. She gave a bow towards him, greeting the young male. "M-Mr. Kim." She stuttered out.

Jungkook took this moment to examine this "Mr. Kim" before him. His eyes went from head to toe. For some odd reason, the man looked familiar. Too familiar in fact. Jungkook continued to stare before his own eyes widened. Kim Taehyung! The man he just bumped into was in fact the man he was going to work with.

Sweat started to roll down his face as Taehyung smoothed out his clothes. "I am fine, no need to worry, and you, sir?" Rather than a smile, this man smirked at the new face. A brow raised as he skimmed the man from head to toe, nodding his head in what seemed to be approval.

"I'm fine." Jungkook managed to squeeze out, putting a smile on his face while thoughts were racing through his head. This is Kim Taehyung! What should I do? Do I introduce myself? Do I just nod my head and then introduce myself later? What do I do? As Jungkook was having his internal battle, Lisa was already explaining who the man was to Taehyung.

"So he's the dancer that'll be with me." He clarified. In his new music video, there was a more intimate part with one of the background dancers. Because homosexuality still wasn't as accepted, they thought it would help if Taehyung openly showed his acceptance in a music video by dancing with a male rather than a female. He heard that the dancer we was partnered with was well known in the entertainment industry and had been in many famous singer's, and even some actor's movies, music videos.

His friend's boyfriend, Jimin, said that he had met the boy more than once and that he was a talented dancer. It was interesting to hear the male say that considering he was a pretty famous dancer himself who usually wouldn't bother with other dancers.

Jungkook, having heard what the man had said after snapping out of his daze, gave a small smile. He bowed towards Taehyung, nodding his head. "Yes, that will be me. It's nice to meet you Mr. Kim." He greeted, now standing up straight and holding out his hand. Taehyung took the younger male's hand, shaking it. "The pleasure is all mine." He gave the man a small wink, taking back his hand.

Jungkook stared for a bit, not having expected the wink as a blank look resided in his face. Taehyung cleared his throat, fixing his clothes and turning to Lisa. "I can take over from here on." He told her. Lisa nodded her head, bowing before heading back to her desk. After she left, he then turned to Jungkook. "Now, why don't we head to the practice room, please follow me." He turned on his heels, heading a certain way with a bunny following after him.

Jungkook stared at everything as they went along, trying to remember the way for next time. It wasn't even that long before they reached the room and he and the other man walked in. Taehyung clapped his hands, a grin on his face. "Let's begin."
