🌛Chapter 11//Disco eyes tell no lies🌜

I stood there in disbelief of what was going on and I could tell that hendo wasnt even half as confused as I was. Trent and Dele walked closer to us and just as they reached the car Dele turned and walked away.
"Trent babe ummm what happened in there I expected you to come out of there with a black eye or something" I said whilst examining his features.
Just as I was finished hendo was called and ran off after giving a reassuring smile and wave and he was off.
"Listen there's no need to worry we talked and that's all you need to know"
He gave me a peck on the forehead and got into the passenger seat.

Trent's POV
At first my intentions were to teach Dele a lesson but when I got into the house running after him he stopped on the back porch and turned around and started to speak.
"Trent listen I didn't want to get between you and Nicki, but honestly man I can't help it ok I'm not gonna do anything but the least you can do is let us be friends I really like her"
As he continues to speak I get more agitated as he confesses he likes her, as any man would when their teammate says they like their girlfriend.
"But I won't try anything and I can promise that, and I wanna make a truce"
"Right well explain" I say starting to calm down a bit egar to hear what he had in mind.
"Nicki is your girlfriend and I will not interfere but only be mates, unless here is the twist, she ends up liking me"
"She wouldn't do that, Del in case you haven't noticed she loves me" I interrupt.
"Shut up and listen, and if that happens you let her go and be with me"
"Dele this is stupid" I argue
"It really isn't and also few ground rules, she cannot know and you can't tell anyone else this orrrrrr try and persuade her I'm a bad guy, or I will pull a few tricks outta my sleeve"
"Oh scary" I reply in a sarcastic tone.
"So you would much rather me just try and kiss her again"
"No don't go near her again like that or you will regret it, right fine deal"
Dele smiles and puts his hand out. We shame on it and walk back out to the car while laughing and carrying on.
If I'm being honest I feel a bit bad about keeping this secret from her but I don't want to hurt her or loose her to Dele as a matter of fact.

Nicki's Pov
The car journey was quiet other than the late night radio playing in the background. As we were driving home Trent's hand was caressing my inner thigh, and as we came closer to home it went further up my leg. I wasn't going to complain. As we pulled up into the drive and got out Trent walked straight into the house and upstairs, i walked behind and checked if anyone else was awake, but there was no sound whatsoever. I quietly made my way to the bedroom where I saw a sleepy Trent lying shirtless on my bed, was a great view. I got undressed and put on a silk nightdress and got under the covers. As I went to turn around to go to sleep Trent pulls me closer and whispers in my ear, "you are mine baby girl and no one else's ok" as he starts pulling up my night dress. After that we had a pretty eventful night ;)

The next morning I woke up tangled in Trent's limps, I didn't want to leave him just yet but his phone was buzzing like mad and it was really wrecking the moment, so I picked it up and there was a few messages from Dele and normally I am not really nosey but after last night and everything that happened I'm sure a quick glance won't hurt. What I read may have just changed a lot.
Dele-Trent bro I forgot to mention as part of the deal you have to let me take Nicki out at least once a week.
Dele-and if you don't deals off and you know what that means.

What does that even mean? What deal? What is Trent hiding from me. Just as I'm lost in thought and sitting in complete shock Trent wakes up and wraps his arms around my waist.
"Trent what deal do you have with Dele"
"W-what" he says I'm an almost surprised tone
"The deal, is that all I am to you an object that you can make deals with other people" I get up as tears are running down my face in anger but before I can leave Trent is up and infront of me making sure I can't leave.
"Nicki I can explain"
"Explain I do not think so, I love you and I feel like you are using me do you know how that makes me feel, like utter shit Trent"
"Nicole I am sorry, just listen"
Although his words were calming and I wanted to hear what he had to say I pushed him out of the way before turning around and looking him dead in the eye.
"Trent Alexander Arnold, our whole lives you have been the one always there for me you are all I have and now you did this, you best believe it's a miracle if I ever forgive you, we are over"
I run out my door leaving Trent in utter shock after me ending our relationship but not even as lovers but friends and it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, even though he hurt me I still wanted to hug him and tell him I love him but I don't think I will ever do that again although I do love him and I am in love with him, but this, this isn't right and Dele may not even do as much as look in my direction or all hell will break loose.
