It was a Saturday morning.. a perfect excuse for lazing around... no school no worries.. of course.. my little sister wouldn't pass that chance...
"UMARU! GET UP!" Yelled Taihei.
"Oniichan.. five more minutes..." said Umaru, sleepily.
What the hell am I gonna do with her..?
Thought Taihei.
"Come on, you have to eat breakfast!"
"But it's Saturday! I wanna sleep some mooooooore..!!" whined Umaru.
Just then, a phone started trilling
"Ah! Umaru is someone texting you?" asked Taihei.
"Mm... I think so...." Umaru slowly drowns deeper and deeper in the covers.
The frick..?
Taihei thought
Then Umaru jolted from the covers
"ONIICHAN!!!" Umaru yelled suddenly
"W-WHAT!!?? WHATS WRONG!??" Yelled Taihei,
"Sylphin-san! I need to meet her at the arcade!!!" said Umaru
Umaru... Umaru gave me a heart attack... BECAUSE HER FRIEND TEXTED HER!!??!
"WHY DID YOU YELL SO SUDDENLY THEN???!!!"
"Because I need to meet her!! It's an emergency!!!"
Jeez Umaru, you could've just said so instead of yelling out of nowhere..
"Well, Whatever. You can go meet her, as long as you won't stay out too late"
"Really Oniichan?? THANKS!!!" Umaru said happily.
Well, I'll let her off this time. I mean, her friend wants to meet with her. At least Umaru's up..
"First you have to eat! Come here!"
"Fine..."
Few hours later...
"TSF!!!" Umaru (or UMR) called, as she ran to Sylphin (or TSF)
"Ah! UMR-san! You're here!" said TSF
"I came her as fast as I could! So? What's the emergency?"
"Well... it's not an emergency.. I just wanted to hang out with you UMR-san..."
"Oh... that's alright! Where would you like to go TSF?"
"Well... on my way home from school, I saw a karaoke place which is near this arcade" TSF explained
"Karaoke?" said UMR, confused.
"Mhm! I wanted to sing with you! UMR-san!!" exclaimed TSF
"Eh!!? Sing??!? Me and you!??"
TSF grabbed UMR's hand and started to running.
"W-WHOA!! TSF!??"
"IT'LL BE FINE UMR-SAN!!! INDEED IT WILL BE VERY ENJOYABLE!!!"
Few mins later...
After some time, we reached a rustic little building.
"Sooo?"
UMR was in awe
"I-ITS A RUSTIC STYLED KARAOKE PLACE!!!!!"
"I KNOW!!!!"
TSF and UMR continued to stare at the building in awe.
"Well UMR-san? Shall we go in?" asked TSF
"Oh! Of course!"
They walk into the building and they rented a soundproof room
"How many hours?" asked UMR
"Hmm... anything is fine! UMR-san!"
"Okay... hmm... how about..." UMR punched in the number of hours and the worker should them their booth.
When they arrived they stared admiring the architecture.
"4 hours seems like it wouldn't be enough..." said UMR
"Well, we should be saving money to have fun at many more places UMR-san!" said TSF
"You're right! TSF!"
They both set up the sound system and they started scrolling through the songs on the pad that the place provided.
"Hmm... a lot of these songs are good.."
"Hmm... how about this one! UMR-san?"
TSF pointed out a KPOP song called "Oh NaNa" by K.A.R.D
Hmm... I guess we could give it a try!"
Thought UMR
They selected the song and they got their microphones
"Ready? TSF?"
"Ready when you are! UMR-san!!!"
"Okay then!"
"Wow UMR-san!! You are very good at singing in Korean!!" said TSF
"This is actually my first time. I don't even know Korean. You aren't bad yourself, TSF"
"Thanks!!!"
They both continue to sing a bunch of other songs until their time for the sound proof room was up.
They both stared to make they're ways back home.
"I'm glad that you came with me, UMR-san" said TSF.
"No problem. I had a lot of fun" said UMR, with a smile.
A few hours past and Taihei came home from his weekend shift.
"I'm home, Umaru" said Taihei.
"ONIICHAN!! YOU'RE BACK!! MAKE ME A STEEEAK!!!" said Umaru (Who was in her lazy form)
"Alright... I'll make dinner then"
When Taihei finished he brought the food to the table.
"Oniichan, do you like listening to music?" asked Umaru
"Music? Hmm... I listen sometimes" replied Taihei.
"Oh... that's nice!!!"
Hmm... I wonder why Umaru asked me about music...
"Oniichan... I have a question"
"Hm? What is it?"
"Could you buy me the latest issue of JumPu?"
