Lisa smiled in response. Being with Jennie gave her the feeling of complete comfort. She's had her fair share of the dark side of this world, but whenever she was around the brunette, she felt like none of those mattered. However, something was bothering her. Such a pure soul, what would she think when she finds out about my side job? Lisa's eyes dimmed at the possibility of the brunette hating her.
Anyway... we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
"Oh? Is it me?" Lisa asked playfully.
Jennie was rather surprised to see the blonde's playful side, but she liked it.
"I don't know, it was just a silhouette. A sexy one." Jennie replied with a smile, unintentionally silently uttering the last part. But Lisa with her trained ears heard it.
"You think I'm sexy?"
Lisa was starting to put down all the guard she had around Jennie. Showing the shorter girl, the childish side she's only ever shown her trusted family and friends. But with a dash of flirting.
"When did I ever say it was you?" Jennie rolled her eyes. Her demure bearing was quickly brushed to the side with the emergence of her snarky persona.
"Whenever you ogled me during class today." Lisa smirked.
Jennie's eyes widened, in a split second. She did steal a couple glances from Lisa this morning. Seeing the sexy smug grin on the blonde's face, she was less inclined to admit it.
"That doesn't even remotely answer the question." She diverted.
"I think it's me." Lisa chuckled.
"Why's that?" Jennie challenged.
"Intuition."
"The confidence."
"Yup." Lisa said as she landed her gaze directly at other's cat-like eyes.
"I didn't know you could be like this." Jennie shook her head, averting her sight from the blonde's brown orbs. It was starting to trigger something within her again as she felt her ears grow red under her thick brown locks.
They both heard a knock, followed by the entrance of their food. The waiters served the dishes on their table with smiles as they quickly yet quietly left the room.
"There's loads more to know about me." Lisa smiled as she picked up a fork.
"Hmmm.. good or bad?" Jennie asked as she placed her elbows on the table, leaning her chin on her intertwined fingers. Observing the blonde.
Lisa looked up and glanced at the brunette's interested gaze.
"Little bit of both. Slightly leaning towards the latter." She smiled, as she poked a meat and brought it to her mouth. Gently chewing and licking her lips after.
Jennie's gaze flickered at the sight. She took her glass of water as she gently gulped the content. She felt her heartbeat rose along with what she felt to be the temperature of the room, as she tried her best not to show a blush.
"Bad, huh?" Jennie said after setting down the glass.
"One way or another." Lisa replied with a grin.
No matter how the brunette tried to hide it however, the blonde observed every little changes in Jennie at that moment, and she was loving it. Every time she could sense a response from the brunette from her every action, something inside her was set ablaze.
Jennie somehow sensed the blonde's excitement and felt challenged, yet at the same time part of her also wanted to give in. However, she was after all, the heiress of the biggest corporation in the world. With pride seeped into her very bones, she wasn't going to back down.
