*Jennifer's pov*
Today is my first day of 10th grade. I remember when I first moved here before my freshman year. So far I really like it here in Reston!
After getting ready for school, I head out the door and wait for the bus, and after it dropped us off at school I walked to my 1st block class.
I look around and I notice this one boy sitting at the table across from me. His eyes shined like the stars and his skin was so clear. He was so cute.
He looks at me and then scoots his chair closer to me.
He smiles, "hi! my name is Jacob! what's your name?"
OMG. His smile was so fucking cute. I've never met this guy and I'm already in love with his adorable face.
I try telling him my name but it came out as a stutter. He looked confused but he let out an adorable giggle.
"Uhh.. are you ok? Hahaha, so what's your name?" He says while showing off his adorable smile.
Finally my answer comes out clearly, "It's Jennifer. My name is Jennifer." I smile at him as I tell him my name.
He smiles back. "So do you have first lunch today?"
"Yeah I do, do you have 1st lunch today? I say. He smiles again, "Yeah! Want to sit with me?" "Yeah!!" I say.
So after waiting for about 3 hours, the clock finally striked 11:00 AM, meaning it was finally time for lunch.
I found Jacob immediately and sat with him. We giggled a lot as we were talking to each other. Jacob was so sweet and caring to me. But then I saw a group of girls walking towards Jacob. The tallest girl pushes him so he falls to the ground. "Jacob, stop trying to get with girls, you're too ugly for a girlfriend. No one likes you!" And then they all walk away laughing.
I stand up to find Jacob crying, I help him off the ground and frown. "Are you ok?" I ask. A tear falls down his face, "No. I'm sick of girls treating me like this." I softly hug him and he hugs back. I pat him on the back softly and tell him that he was the nicest guy I'd ever met.
Jacob stops crying and smiles. "You're so sweet! Can we be friends?" I laugh, "Jacob... We are friends!" He laughs so adorably that I almost shouted "aww!" but thankfully I didn't.
Jacob pulls something out of his pocket, a piece of paper with his number. "Here's my number so we can text, best friend." He says laughing. I take it and add him as a contact right away because our school allows phones at lunch. After I put my phone away we continue talking and laughing. I've never met a guy this nice to me. Every guy would treat me like dirt but this guy is so sweet.
The lunch bell rings, Jacob looks at me asking for my schedule. I show him it and he smiles. "We have every single class together!" I smile, "Yay! Let's walk to our next class together." He nods and we walk to our next class together which was math.
When we walked into our math class, we sat next to each other waiting for the class to start. He looks at me with those adorable sparkly eyes of his. He smiles and I smile back. Jacob blushes, "Do you want to hang out after school?" I smile, "Of course!" We giggle and then the teacher quiets everyone down.
After math class ended, we walked out together to our last class, which was music. Thankfully we didn't need our instruments today.
"What instrument do you play Jacob? I play the guitar." I say. He giggles, "I play the guitar too!" I smile, "Really?! That's so cool! But we should probably quiet down before the teacher tells us to." Jacob smiles, yeah, we should."
After school ended, Jacob got an Uber to his house and we hung out for a couple of hours. We played fortnite together and even though it was boring it was still fun hanging out with him.

This girl is so cute, I wanna ask her out but I just met her. Maybe I'll ask her out in a few weeks. But what if she laughs at me? Maybe I shouldn't stress about it now.
