Chapter Two (Sadie point of view)

A week has past since I have gotten out of that lab. But my partner hasn't been showing up. My partner is Detective Willow or Dominick Oak Willow. I was trying to get a hold of him when two strong arms went around me. It can't be Dominick he is as weak as a fly. "Hey Sade" the high pitched voice or at least for 28 year old man said from behind me. Right then I knew who it was. "DOMINICK" I gave him the biggest hug I could for two reasons. He was my best friend and haven't seen him in forever. I also felt bad because he was now strong he must have been working out while I was in a coma."Where have you been?" He better answer me. He doesn't always answer my questions. "I was in a coma because some dude shot me and I have powers I'm trying to learn how to use at S.T.E.M. Labs." He says moving around the room real fast. "WAIT WHO SHOT YOU?" What if I had powers I can prove everyone in my family wrong for not believing my grandpa about him having powers. I still believe him to this day even if he is dead. They said he didn't know what he was talking about, but he did. "Sadie this is the last time I'm repeating what I said I got shot by someone dude that looked like he came back from the dead" Dominick is mad now but whatever. "I-I-I was too." Did the guy mean to shoot both of us. "What if we both have powers we can be cops and superheroes!" Dominick says. He believes in the impossible way more than I do because his father was killed and his mother was blamed for the murder. He says his mom didn't do it was some guy in lightning did it not his mom. I don't know what to think, yes I think it possible but yet he was four so he could have just made it all up. He does alway say he tried to make the memories disappear. I think he is referring to something I don't know about. But that's why he moved from Central City were his mom is held captive and his dad died. When I say moved he ran away at age sixteen.
