Papyrus

"You can stay here for the night" Said Sans, trying to hide his blush. I thanked him and started to get settled. I felt really bad for taking up the extra space. I do have a home. Will Toriel be mad at me? Is Sans's brother mean? These thoughts start rushing madly through my head until finally I decide to call Toriel. I wait as patiently as I can be, but surprisingly, no one picked up. She must be busy I think to myself, trying to shoo away the thought that maybe she doesn't want to talk to me. I go downstairs to find a Joke book, which contained a quantum physics book, which contained another joke book and so on and so forth.

I suddenly see spaghetti hanging from the ceiling. I call to Sans who is busy playing the trombone. Eventually I get his attention and ask why there is pasta coming from the ceiling. "Paps, we have a guest" Sans yelled across the hallway. A skeleton with a red scarf appeared. "WOWIE, I SHALL SERVE IT MY WONDERFUL SPAGHETTI!" said the skeleton. I sat down at the table as I did not want to make the skeleton feel bad. This is Papyrus, Sans clarified. THE GREAT PAPYRUS, said Papyrus. BONE APPETIT, said Sans as Papyrus served the spaghetti. I laughed but Papyrus looked annoyed. I took a bite of the spaghetti. Aaaaaaaah this is awful I thought. I tried to hide the disgust on my face with a smile.

    Sans assured me that no one has actually died from the spaghetti. I thought about that as I took another horrible bite of pasta. I tried my best to choke down the spaghetti. After all... I don't want Papyrus to be mad at me on my first night. Afterwards Sans apologised for the spaghetti. "My brother is taking cooking lessons" he said. Papyrus asked me if I could attend his next cooking lesson . I agreed.

The cooking lesson is a disaster. I now see why Papyrus is so bad at cooking. There is pasta sauce all over the room. After the lesson Papyrus Introduced me to Undyne. He then left so we could become friends alone. I talked to Undyne, and told her that maybe if she is more gentle she would be a better cook. She did not take it very well. " You doubt my cooking skills?" said Undyne, now raging with anger. Nooo... I said, afraid she would strike me with her spear if I didn't say anything.

"I don't know why papyrus thinks we could become friends" said Undyne. I stay silent. I kind of wanted to become friends, I think to myself. Can we be friends?, I ask shyly. Undyne laughs but once she sees that I'm serious she takes this as a challenge.

Back at sans/Papyrus's house

By the time I am back it has been 3 hours since I left for the cooking lesson.Sans thanks me for attending the cooking lesson. I say it's no big deal, but I'm trying to look away to hide my blush. I notice that Sans is blushing as well. I tell sans that I'm tired and I want to go to bed. He nods even though it is only 8:00. I leave and sneak out the back door. I go outside and walk around. Snowdin is very quiet at this time of day, almost a bit too peaceful. I get the feeling that I'm being watched. I turn around expecting to see sans or papyrus, but I don't. there's nothing there. I turn back around, shocked to see a flower in the middle of the snow. "Howdy" said the flower. "It's me, your best friend".
