Percie POV

I opened my eyes and everything was a blur. "Where am I", I mumbled. I was laying in a field full of flowers. At first i couldn't recognize where I was. I was in the City Garden laying next to the tree line of the forest. Why was i here? I tried to remember what happened yesterday. I was working my shift at the bar when we got robbed by a gang. They told us to get on the ground. They trashed the place whilst taking all the money from the cash register. I slowly inched closer to the door. When I thought no one was looking I got up to run. Before I could leave I mad eye contact with a strange man. I stared into his eyes for a moment and then ran. I ran across the street and through the forest. I wasn't paying attention and ran into a branch landing where I am now. I wonder who they were. Who that man was. His eyes were dead. I got chills just thinking about them. It was morning now and I had to get to the salon before it opened. I went home to get a quick shower and a change of clothes. I headed to the salon after. The day went by pretty uneventful at the salon. Then, he came in. The strange man from the bar. "Hello sir! My friend Percie will help you at station 3", said my co-worker Lana. I just stood there in fear of what he might do. Did he recognize me? He ignored me and sat in station 3. "What are we doing today", I asked my voice shaking. "Dying my hair and roots", he said in a very serious tone. It scared me. " Alright", I said," let me get some dye and we'll begin. Once I had finished he left quickly and quietly. My shift at the salon ended and I went home because the bar was closed. Which meant I wouldn't have to work there and I would have extra time for myself and the things I need to do. I started walking down the familiar road to my apartment. Halfway there I felt someone following and I could hear the tapping of their footsteps. I took a glance behind me to find someone was following me. I sped up and so did they. I started to run all the way home while they chased me. When I got home I locked all the doors and windows, shut the curtains, and turned all the lights on. I sat on the couch in the main room waiting for something to happen. After a while I went to my room and tried to sleep. I couldn't sleep and ended up staying awake all night. It was now 7:02. I have work at 7:30. I took a shower, changed, and ate a light breakfast. Then, I headed to work. I felt the same gaze from last night. The person was still following me. I took off sprinting. Once I was at the salon the feeling was gone. No one was watching me. After work I plan to go shopping to get my mind off things. Besides I get paid today and I need a few things. After my shift Boss gives me my paycheck and I take it to the bank to cash it in. I need new bed sheets so I headed to Walmart first. I felt that gaze again on my way to get groceries. Was it that man from before? Or somebody else from that gang? After I had gotten all the things I needed I headed home. After replacing the old sheets with the new ones I could still feel someone watching me. This continued for a few more days before stopping. I was relieved when it did. When I got to work another gang member was there. He had me buzz his hair and trim his beard. I guessed he was the leader when I first saw him. He was very tall with dark brown eyes and hair. He was muscular and very intimidating. He was shouting orders. He noticed me zoning out. "Are you alright", he asked me. "Oh yes. You just remind me of someone, sorry", I replied apologetically. He turned back to the mirror and I finished trimming his beard. He paid and left when I finished. I left the building after work and went to the City Garden. I sat in the center of a big patch of daisies. They looked so pretty when the sun shown on them. My thoughts were interrupted when someone sat next to me. The strange man with dead eyes.
