In Love

Chapter 6

Bobby's POV:

After we both wake up, Tabby makes her way over to me and curls up into my arms. She lays her head on my chest.

"What are our plans for the day?" She asks me. I smile.

"Ikon has practice today." I say. Tabby moves her head so she can look at me.

"You're taking me right?"

"Of course." I say softly. She smiles really big. Her smile is so beautiful. I lean my face closer to hers. She lightly puts her hand behind my head and brings my face down to hers. Our lips touch softly and we both smile. Tabby pulls away first and sits up.

"Let's get ready to go." She stands up and goes to her dresser. She pulls out black skinny jeans and a plain white t-shirt. She heads into the bathroom to get ready. I get up and go to her dresser. I brought some clothes over for myself. I smirk as I change into black ripped skinny jeans. I take off my shirt and am about to put on my other when the bathroom door opens. I turn, shirtless, to look at Tabby. She is openly looking at my chest. I smile softly as she moves her eyes to look at mine.

"You could have changed in there." She gestures to the bathroom. I slightly nod my head.

"I'm sorry." I say softly. She smiles.

"Don't be. You are beautiful and should be admired." She says softly. This takes me off guard. No one has ever said that about me before. She starts to walk past me and I grab her arm. Tabby looks up at me and I look at her. I knew I was screwed at this point. Her leaving will kill me.

"I want you to stay here with me." I say softly.

"I'm leaving soon," Tabby pauses and a frown starts to form on her face. "Tomorrow.. I leave tomorrow." Her words break me and I look away from her. I slip my shirt on and head to the door.

"Let's go." I say roughly.

"Okay." I hear her say quietly behind me. I walk to the elevator and step inside. Tabby slowly follows me inside. I glance at her as the door closes and I sigh softly. I thought the week we have had would have changed something in her. I will break if I watch her leave at the airport. I look at her again and I can tell that she is upset. I sigh again and put my arm around her shoulders. I pull her closer to me.

"Let's make the best of today." I say. She smiles slightly. The elevator opens and we step out. As we start to walk down the sidewalk, I can feel her hand grab onto mine.

"Bobby, please don't be upset." She says softly. I look down at her.

"You know leaving is going to kill me." I tell her truthfully. Tabby looks down at her feet and then back up at me.

"I can't just leave my grandma." She says.

"What if you came back?" I ask her. She shrugs.

"I don't know.." She hesitates. I instantly stop walking. She is making me so frustrated. I gesture between the two of us.

"Do we feel the same thing here?" I ask her.

"Yes.. I actually like you a lot." She tells me.

"Then why is this so difficult?" I ask her a little loudly.

"Bobby, this is my first relationship." She confesses. I look up at the sky and sigh.

"Shit. I'm sorry Tabby." I say. She shakes her head.

"I just need time to think." She says. I nod and smile slightly.

"I just don't want to lose you." I say really softly.

"I know." She says and squeezes my hand. We continue walking.

We get to YG and go into Ikon's practice room. All the boys smile as we walk in. Tabby sits against the wall to watch us. We start practice and she watches as we dance around. At one point, June goes over to Tabby.

"Come on. Join us." He says and offers her his hand. She takes it and follows him over to us. She actually comes over and stands next to me. We slowly go through a song with her and she easily gets the hang of it. Tabby smiles and laughs as we dance around. It makes me so happy to see her like this. A smile has become permanent on my face.

Practice goes smooth and actually was really enjoyable. As we are walking out of the practice room, Tabby jumps onto my back. She puts her cheek against mine.

"Take me on an adventure." She says softly. I smile and instantly know where to take her. The beach. Outside I get a cab and let her get in first. I get in after and tell the driver where to go. I intertwine our hands together and I watch as she watches out the window.

The driver pulls off the road and Tabby's eyes get big. She instantly gets out of the car and races towards the water. I chuckle as I hand the driver cash and step out of the cab. I follow Tabby as she races to the ocean's side. I smile as she plops herself down in the sand and starts taking off her shoes. I sit down beside her and take mine off too. We both stand up and she grabs my hand. She leads me to the water and she walks in. Tabby smiles as the water touches her feet. I take my phone out and stand next to her. I hold my phone up and turn to look at her.

"Tabby look at me." I say. She turns her head my way and I kiss her and take the picture of us. She smiles as I pull away.

"You're good." She laughs. She walks out of the water and sits on the sand, then lays on her back. I smile and I lay down beside her in the sand. I put my arm under her head and she leans her head against my chest. I sigh happily.

"Thank you for everything this week." Tabby says.

"It was the best week I have ever had." I tell her.

"It was the best." She agrees
. I watch as the sun gets lower in the sky and I dread everything that happens after today.

"Are you sure about leaving tomorrow?" I ask her quietly. She doesn't answer for a few seconds.

"Yes." She whispers. I close my eyes and pull her closer to me. I tried and I guess this is our end. Unwanted tears start rolling down my cheeks. I think I'm in love with her.
