Chapter 7 - Liam's POV
I closed the door behind me and ran to Hannah's car, dragging her with me. "Sorry about that. I just decided to seize my opportunity during their bantering." I said with a laugh. It was true. I wanted to spend some time with Hannah to try and find out if she was single or not. If she was, I'd move onto asking who she liked and so on. Not like it mattered to me, I had Danielle. I was doing this for Niall and Harry.
"Haha, that's okay. It was quite annoying, no offense to them." She replied with a giggle. I opened the door and got into the passenger seat, whereas Hannah was already behind the wheel.
I decided to begin trying to find out about her "love" life. "Would you rather one of the other lads accompany you, or-"
"No!" She interrupted. "It's fine. I couldn't decide who I wanted to come so I let you guys choose!"
I chuckled. "That's smart."
"Yup." She said, popping the "p". I looked out the window at the houses blurring past.
"But are you sure? Would you rather Harry, or Niall?" I asked. She instantly blushed, making me smirk. "What's gotten you so red, love?"
"Nothing." She muttered. "Are you sure? You can tell Daddy Direction." I said, using my fan given title.
Hannah laughed. "I'm sure."
"What? You don't trust me?" I accused, trying to act hurt. Hannah's eyes shifted from the road to me. "Of course I do!" She replied.
"Alright." I said, dropping my act. She began to hum along to the radio, making me chuckle. It was a One Direction song. One Thing, to be specific.
"What?" She interrogated.
"Nothing, it's just amusing to be with a fan who doesn't well, you know-"
"Fangirl?" Hannah asked, cutting me off once again. "I would never fangirl in front of you guys. It's embarrassing."
"Harry finds it cute." I said with a snicker. She blushed a bit, but not as much as before.
"Blushing again, love?" I asked. She just ignored me so I shrugged and began to hum to the song also. Soon, we arrived at the store.
Hannah jumped out excitedly. "C'mon!" She chirped. I got out and followed her inside. She talked to a guy that worked there who joined us as she selected furniture items that ranged from tables to love seats. She looked very pretty today. She had on a beige long-sleeved blazer, a black Hollister tank top, and brown shorts. The outfit was paired with open toe pumps, and bracelets.
"Hey, why do you always wear such fancy clothing?" I asked, making Hannah giggle. "My boss thinks it makes me look a bit more professional compared to my usual choice in clothing. Apparently I dress too casually for work. I hate it, but oh well."
"You're going to be working with us for a while, you can wear whatever you'd like." I offered.
"Really?" She beamed. I nodded. "Thanks!" She said.
"No problem." I replied. After an hour of browsing through furniture in this massive store, Hannah paid the employee who had been following us and told me we could leave.
"Everything I chose will be delivered in two days." She said with a small smile.
"That's great!" I replied. While walking to her car in the parking lot. Suddenly, two teenage girls ran up to me with cameras screaming. Hannah ran to her car, avoiding the pictures I guess. It was a good idea, though. This way no rumors would go around on twitter about me cheating on Danielle or something.
I signed the girls arms (they had no paper) and took pictures with them. "Thanks Liam! We love you and the boys so much!" The taller one said.
"Thank you, we love all of our fans, too!" I replied.
"Hey, who was the pretty girl that was just walking with you?" The shorter one asked.
"I came to the store with her to pick out furniture. She's redesigning our flat!" I answered. The girls nodded and both gave me a hug before running away. I quickly ran to Hannah's car to apologize.
"Sorry! I couldn't ignore the fans!" I said. She smiled. "Don't apologize! I completely understand, especially because I'm a fan, too!" I laughed, but then remembered why I wanted to come to the store with her.
I lowered the radio and Hannah glanced at me. "What's the matter?" She asked.
"Nothing! I was just wondering if we could talk." I replied.
"Of course, what's up?"
I took a breath before saying, "I wanted to know if you were single?"
Hannah raised an eyebrow at me, obviously knowing I was taken. "Yeah, I am." She answered. "Why?" I was surprised that a beautiful young lady like her was single, and mentally cheered. Harry and Niall both had a chance..
"Who do you like?" I said, ignoring her question.
Hannah giggled. "Why do you want to know all of this stuff?"
"Well, let's just say, one of the lads like you. It's not me, though. Don't worry." I said reassuringly, not wanting her to think I was the kind of guy to cheat.
"Oh. Do I have to tell you?.." She trailed off.
I smirked. "Yes."
The car suddenly stopped at the house and she quickly got out before I could reply. I could see her laughing as she ran into the house before me.
I'm not done with her.
