The morning was a bit hazy as the spring sunshine refused to come out early .Rebecca squinted her eyes and tried to cover her head with the pillow as her elder sister opened the curtains while humming her favorite hymn. Magdalene found her sister's childish reaction hilarious so while laughing
she decided to use the trick she normally used to wake her." If you don't wake up am bringing the cold water from the fridge!"

Before she could end with -dge Rebecca had already lifted the covers and was rushing to wear her flip-flops.

"What are you doing here?" She asked with an annoyed expression. "Don't you have mass or something?"

"And why are you still sleeping at this time?, Don't you have court or something?"The thirty-five year old nun who was her sister replied looking amused.

" By the way this morning I don't have mass neither do I have anything doing that's why I decided to walk a few steps from my convent to visit my busy sister whom I have not seen for the past two months even though she lives in an apartment twelve blocks away from my convent."Magdalene continued with equally green eyes sparkling with humor.

Unlike Rebecca who was short and a bit curvy, she was a foot taller with wider curves but with the same red hair and green eyes. Sometimes Rebecca wondered how she had successfully undergone all the vows of initiation when the boys in the area started betting on her since high school. Anyway Rebecca believed it was certainly her sister's calling to be a nun. It was therefore no news in the Benson family when the youngest girl, twenty year old Mary announced she was going to the convent as well during the last year Christmas dinner.

"I don't even understand it" Mary cried ,with an emotion that was certainly not sadness.
" I had always dreamed of a family with five kids like mum and dad exactly three daughters and two sons, but then" she paused, then wiping the tears from her eyes continued,"whenever we go for mass and I see the sisters moving in and out of the sacristy, I couldn't help but admire them, before I knew it I started visiting the convent more than necessary and admiration turned into longing, not just that feeling that I want to do something, but that deep burning fire that feels like an addiction that must be quenched. " now smiling, she continued,"I spoke to Father " she pointed to the black haired green eyed handsome man who was the eldest of the Benson children and a priest as well who was now smiling at his sister.

"He said that applying and being accepted into the convent doesn't make you a nun, I will have to undergo a series of training alongside temptation from the world before I would even say my first vow, so if I enter I can always back out if I find out it is not my calling, however , if I am able to undergo all the processes and training without fail, then I will be a nun after my third vow."

"Congratulations! And all the best in your new endeavour." James, the fourth of the children as well as the rowdy one clapped while smirking mischievously.
The whole family was staring at him with confused but amused expressions.

"Rebecca make sure you join her soon so I won't have to fight any boys in the area again" he continued while tapping her shoulder and laughing happily.

"No, we have one priest and hopefully two sisters so I now want some grandchildren!" Green eyed Sandra Benson the mother of the five, interrupted.

"Naa mum, don't worry,I certainly won't become a priest, hopefully I may produce twenty children with five wives!" James answered while waggling his eyebrows and green eyes looking humorous.

"You certainly have to go for confession with such thoughts in your head" Magdalene replied laughing.

The loudspeaker booming with music brought her back from memory lane.
