Chapter 3

Selena's P.O.V

Finally it is the weekend these first two weeks have been hard taking all these placement tests finally we get to chill. I fell onto my bed and threw my hands in the hair. My eyes began to feel heavy and slowly close. I was just about to fall into a deep sleep. "BEEP! BEEP!" The alarms went off. I flung up out off bed and headed out to see there was no fire and no one was out side. "Whats going on here?" I thought to myself. I turned around to head back in but saw todd standing in my way. "May i help you?" I asked him as he shook his head. I tryed to get around but he blocked the path. "Im Todd you must be Selena am i right?" He said to me very interested. I nodded at him. As he takes my hand he says to me "The magical realms group would like to see you." I yanked my hand away from him. "Ok who is this group? And why do they want me?" I asked him stubborn. "They are more like the popular group that can teach you things that cant be taught in classes. They are very interested in you." I raised my eye brows as he took my hand again and lead me into the woods. "I must blind fold you so you dont see the entrance in case you deny there request." I nodded as he raped a bandana around my head. Then he said some words and took off my blind fold. I was surrounded by people in robes. "What is this some secret club?!" I asked surprised. One took off their hood. She had long blonde hair put into two high pigtails, her eyes were a blood red, and her fangs were sharp, im guessing she is a vampire. "I am Mindy the leader we would like you to join us we can give you the best experience here. You have 2 weeks to decide make your choice wisely." I nodded as they disappeared into the darkness then todd flashed me out and we ended up outside my dorm house. "Are you in the group thingy what ever it is called?" I asked Todd. "Yes i am but im just an apprentice i mostly get coffee drinks and do chorus. If i am able to get you to join i will become a full member." He said. I can't believe he puts up with there to-do list he really must want to be in that club. I unlocked the door and saw everyone sleeping. I looked over at the time which read 1:25 am. Guess the time passed faster than i thought, at least my first class doesnt start till 12:30 so i am able to sleep in. THANK GOD. as soon as my face hit my pillow i was knocked out like a light.

Tracey's P.O.V

I woke up at 8:45 which gave me enough time to get ready for potions and magical items class. I went through my closet and found a black t-shirt with a laced skull on it i threw that on with a pair of jeans and tied a apron. I quickly grabbed my potions book and a note pad then hopped on my broom and headed off and yes i rode a broom because my class is all the way across the other side of campus!

Our teacher Ms.Dawnson spoke "Hello class today is your first day in P&MI the potion we shall be making is a way to transform a person or item into a toad. Its on page 140." I opened to 140 and found the recipe. "Now turn to the person next to you because they will be your partner for the term." I looked over and it was a short girl she was covered in slime and was green with her hair pulled back into a tight pony tail. "Hi I'm Hailey. My mom is a slime." She said to me. "Hey I'm Tracey. Im a witch. Anyways lets get started, so it says we need trolls snot...ew" we both started laughing as she pointed it out to me. "Ok next is a hawk eye and a robins feather. You can put the eye in." I said to Hailey as she grabbed tweezers covered her nose and put it in the gave a little squeal. "Lastly we need a frogs leg. But it seems like were out?" Hailey said. I looked around and saw a frog by the window i zapped it on the table as Hailey cut off its leg which was really gross! After we finished the potion we quickly raise our hands showing her how it came out. Ms. Dawnson brought over a squirrel and took a drop of our potion and tested it out and shockingly it really worked! "Good job you too now you may keep a bottle of your potion if you would like." She said with a smile. Me and Haliey grabbed a small potion bottle and added a few drops in it and headed back to our dorms because class was over.
