y/n's POV
i had tears running down my face as i made my way to my  car . i had just caught my boyfriend of 8 months William in bed with some random chick.
"wait y/n i'm sorry please don't leave" he begged
"you know what we're over don't text me or call me goodbye"i said with sob coming out after a couple words
i got into my car and drove to my best friend Daniel's house .
*at Daniel's house*
i knocked on the door and waited for Daniel to open the door. the door opened to reveal a shirtless Daniel
"y/n? what are you doing here its so late?"
asked Daniel
i couldn't get myself to talk to Daniel and explain what happened
"oh my god are you crying? come in"Daniel said with worry in his voice
i walked in and he closed the door .
he grabbed my hand and took me to his room . i crawled onto the bed bursting out into tears .
"y/n tell me what happened so i can help"
"h-he cheated ..."i said
Daniel's jaw clenched and put his hands into a fist.
" i'm gonna murder him"
"can't you murder him later and try to make your best friend feel better?" i said

"i'm sorry that happened sweetheart"
" it's okay..."i sighed after
"no it's not y/n ...you deserve someone better"
"no one who can treat me right like me for me"
"that's not true" daniel said
"it's very true"i said
"i like you and i can treat you right ... hell y/n i love you"daniel confesses
my jaw dropped the only reason i was with william was because i needed to get over daniel. i've had a crush on daniel since i first met him...
" i love you too"
daniel kissed my forehead then got under the covers . i quickly followed and put my head on his chest .
i guess today wasn't so bad after all❤️
