Nowadays, it seems like everyone has a label. At first, Society pressured everyone to be under one label. Now, it just pressures you to have one. Some will make people like you and some will earn you ridicule.

I struggled with finding a label for a long time. I grew up in a Christian home, so I was only ever given one label:

Straight female.

I never even knew I could be anything else. But as I grew, I changed. My label changed. I was consistently trying to fit myself somewhere just to belong. Lesbian, straight, demisexual, asexual, bisexual.

Bisexual.

I found my label, but it doesn't have to stay my label. Because it's not a label. It's just another part of me. It doesn't define me.

I am me.

You don't need to push yourself to fit somewhere. No one can tell you what to be. Experiment. Make mistakes. Branch out, learn for yourself over time.

Find yourself. Because the only thing you will ever be known as is you. Make sure you like it.

Take it one day at a time.

You are loved.
