I think of you,
Even when we're through,
Can't forget you,
Even if I try,
I just start to cry,
My heart is broken,
Been left here choking,
But I can only blame myself,
I broke us off and refuse help,
In all this pain,
I still don't gain,
My heart hurts at the sound of your name,
And in my brain,
It lies,
As my heart cries,
I can't let go,
Just want you to know,
I broke myself,
To try to help,
Make you happy,
Now all I mumble,
A "sorry" as I fumble,
My heart starts to tumble,
Into an abyss,
It's an ongoing list,
And you're on top.
