Levi's P.O.V

I practically yanked my front door open in annoyance just to find a seemingly high-caffeinated and bouncy Hanji. She dumped some flyers in my arms and pushed past me into MY house. Typical. "Tch. What the hell am I supposed to do with these?!" I exclaimed as I followed her somewhat reluctantly. "They're for tomorrow's concert silly!" Shitty-Glasses giggled. Ugh. I had forgotten about that. Whenever we had a gig I was flung back in time, to a place where I was stuck inside my shell, but with the help of my friends and music I busted out. As I re-surfaced from my trip down memory-lane I realized that I was trailing behind Hanji as we walked down 5th Avenue, towards the few shops that willingly supported us. Mainly, because they were run by a few of our friends. As we turned the corner, Jean (our drummer) came running up with more flyers in tow. Hanji plays bass, I play electric guitar and sometimes sing, one of our other friends, Petra is our main vocalist, her brother Mike sings too. We also have a manager named Erwin. He only has one arm, and even though we all know it pisses him off, we call him "Stubby". Ha.

As we walked to the local book-store I could hear Jean distantly saying that his boss had let him have the rest of the day off after he helped unload a new shipment of- as he stopped Shitty-Glasses looked-up to see him absolutely Glaring at something ahead of us. I followed his line of laser-vision to the front window of the bookstore where his boyfriend of a year...with another guy? I mean it's not like they were making-out, but you could tell they were pretty close, deep in conversation. "Do you know that guy Jean?" I asked, not bothering to hide my growing curiosity. "Uh yeah. I remember him from my old middle-school. We HATED each other, even had a couple fights. Then, in 7th grade he just disappeared. I haven't seen him since then." Jean sneered as he picked up his pace. "Does he have a name?" I wondered aloud. "Eren, Eren Jaeger." As we walked towards the store Shitty-Glasses caught up with us. Until then I hadn't noticed she was missing.

Jean shoved open the door and stalked to Marco. "Hey guys!" Armin called from the bowels of the shop. How he knew we were here I did not know, nor did I care. But I did notice Hanji slip "unoticed" behind a bookshelf. A little portion of my mind registered Marco and Jean talking in the distance, but the rest was focused on the brunet standing in front of me. Right then and there, I felt what must have been a million sparks shock my heart. I was glad there was a counter in between us otherwise I would probably would have done something I would have regretted later. Looking back on it, I wish I had ignored that urge because now, I had a hole in my chest that I knew would never heal.

Okay, I hope you guys like what I've written so far. Um I'm really sorry that I haven't updated, I've been busy getting ready for school. Due to "concern" from my parents, there will probably be bigger gaps in between updates as time goes on. I apologize in advance! Thank you though, for all the reads! Don't be shy, leave a comment or suggestion for me! :D
