20. Call.Me.That.Again.

AUTHOR POV

Dr. Sue left the room, leaving behind Jimin and Jungkook alone to gaze at the picture of their little bean. Both men had permanent smiles plastered on their faces. Jimin is on the bed with Jungkook, caressing his flat tummy with one hand and holding Jungkook close with the other. Neither of them wanted to leave the room. They wanted to enjoy this memorable moment just a while longer. 

"What do you want it to be?" Jungkook asked as he rested his head on his lover's shoulder.

"I already have Nina. So, I wouldn't mind having a boy. But in the end, I don't care what it is. As long as it is healthy." Jimin answered. Kissing the top of the other's head.

"I feel the same. Their health is all I care about." Jungkook spoke softly. He was adoring the loving atmosphere of the room. But it had to come to an end.

~KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK 

The loud knocking startled the younger, causing him to flinch. The leader growled in annoyance for whoever disturbed them. Standing up quickly, Jimin threw open the door to glare at whoever was at the other end.

"Sorry to interrupt Boss. There is a business matter that needs your attention." Yoongi bowed.

Jimin heavily sighed before turning around to face his baby. 

"I have a few things I need to take care of baby. Do you want to stay and wait? Or do you want Dan to drive you home?"

Jungkook thought for a moment. He did want to go back home, so he can have some quality time with Nina, but he also wanted to stick around. He was curious on how his lover worked and dealt with his 'business'. Knowing he is in this relationship for the long haul, he figured knowing a few things about this place wouldn't hurt.

"C-can I stay here with you?" The teacher stuttered.

"Of course baby boy." Jimin extended his hand for Jungkook to take, which he did without hesitation. Intertwining their fingers, Jimin followed Yoongi out of the medical bay and towards the main area.

They walked down an empty hall and exited through a heavy wooden door, entering the huge open main area. Jungkook was admiring how nice everything looked. Everything was so modern and fancy. Something he didn't expect to see in a Mafia Headquarters. 

All three continued their walk toward the stairs to the second floor. Members that saw them enter were stunned for a second before bowing to Jimin. None of them knew how to react. Their boss was holding hands with an unknown male they have never seen before. None of them have ever seen their boss with anyone ever. This took them all by surprise. Jimin did catch a few men starring at Jungkook, and he didn't like it. Sending each of them a death glare, they quickly bowed and walked away, afraid of upsetting their boss. 

Jungkook was feeling uncomfortable from all the eyes staring at up. He noticed their shocked faces. He even saw a couple look at him with a slight pout in envy. The teacher was about to change his mind and go home when his eye caught something. It was a large painting on the wall. With wide eyes, he darted straight to the painting, letting go of Jimin's hand. Jimin spun around to look to where his lover ran off to and saw him gazing at a painting with parted lips and glistening eyes. The leader walked over to his baby to look at the painting he was awing at.

"You have a B-Ben Jeffery painting?" Jungkook asked, still in disbelief. He took his right hand and touched the edge of the canvas. It was real. It was a real painting, not a copy.
