JUNGKOOK POV
For a second, I swear I forgot how to breathe. When our hands touched my whole body felt like it was engulfed in pleasurable tingles. I could've groaned from the feeling, but thankfully no sound escaped my mouth.
When he let my hand go and lost the connection, I almost pouted. Never in my life have I ever felt anything like that. Not even the whole year I was with Yugyeom. He has never made me feel so warm from such a small touch. It could be the alcohol playing a trick on my body and mind, but I doubt it. This was a new feeling I want to continue to have for as long as I can have it.
"I would love to repay you somehow for helping me out of that horrible situation." I insist.
I need him to know how thankful I am. And maybe a way to keep him around me, even if it is just for a few minutes.
"How about having a drink with me? That will be thanks enough." He answered, smiling softly.
"Sur-Sure." I shyly stutter.
I'm trying so hard not to want to throw myself on him. I don't know what he has done to me, but he is causing my body to react in ways I am not used to.
I was about to take a step towards him when I felt something heavy collide into the side of me. Wrapping their arms tightly around my body, squeezing tighter with each passing second. The air leaving my lungs faster than I can intake.
"Dammit Tae! Let me breathe!" I scold him. He quickly releases me and starts examining my body. Spinning me around and looking me over.
"My God Kook! I was so scared! I'm sorry I couldn't get to you! The crowd wouldn't let me through. And I almost ended fighting these group of people that didn't want to fucking move and-"
I cut him off before he runs out of breath from speaking so quickly.
"Calm down Tae! I'm alright. See! Not a scratch on me. But him is a different story." I smile thinking back on the joy I felt when I punched that creep in the face, staring at my now bruised knuckles.
"Dang Kook, look at you. You punched two guys in one day." My friend laughs and pats my shoulder.
Oh yeah, I did. I forgot all about Yugyeom for that moment. My smile begins to falter, though comes back slightly when I hear the most handsome voice.
"Two guys? Did someone else here try to do something to you?" Jimin asked. His voice sounded a mixture of concern and annoyance. God, it was hot.
His dominance leaking out of his voice. I could listen to that all day. And I'd obey his every word. I don't think it is healthy how quickly I'd do whatever he said, but in my drunken state, I can really care less.
"Oh no. It was something that happened earlier today. Way before I came here." I replied, hoping the subject would be dropped. I really don't want to talk about that horrid moment right now. I came here to forget it, not relive it.
Jimin hummed. He looked like he wanted to ask more questions, but I'm thankful he didn't. Instead he extends his hand out toward Tae.
"Park Jimin."
"Kim Taehyung. This innocent bean's best friend." Tae said while gesturing toward me.
Really Tae. You couldn't just stick with best friend?
I internally groan. Giving Tae a short glare as he just smiles innocently at me. I roll my eyes at him before I give my attention back to Jimin.
"Jungkook and I are heading to the bar for a drink. Would you like to join us?" Jimin politely asks. He is such a gentleman. I can't help but feel all giddy inside.
