Re:verb

Once upon a time, there was a woman who had one arm made from plants. She has always been alone, ever since she was a little girl.

The people in the town were so scared of her, that they casted her out. After the woman had been taken out of town, she was filled with sadness and fear. It started raining, which made her body cold and it froze her heart. Eventually, she found a tree to rest where she exclusively expressed her feelings towards the welcoming plants, shutting herself from everything besides the plants.

After the rain stopped, the woman discovered how there were two worlds that would exist there for a short amount of time. No one knew which world was real, unless they could feel gravity. That gravity, was the border between the two places.

Step step step...

One little animal got close to her with beautiful flowers blooming on it's back. This little creature stopped on the woman's arm and showed her a dance. She enjoyed her time with this little creature and forgot how fast time could go. By then, the deep endless darkness of the night became the fountainhead of imagination and creation as they conversed throughout the night. They had such a joyful time together, which made the woman forget where she was.

The woman found herself passing near the by the town again. The guards of the town quickly found her and thought she was trying to return back home. Quickly, they began to shoot arrows and words at her. The woman was injured by the weapons that shot through her.

It was then that the animal started to eat these words that injured her, and it started growing. Again and again, the animal ate the weapons, the words, and the people who damaged the woman. As it ate the harmful objects, the flowers blooming on the animal fell off. It finally became bigger than her and something strange had occurred. The animal's face became the same as her face.

"Who are you?" the woman asked, only to receive silence from the animal.

It was the rainy season now. There was no border between the two worlds. The world became twice as big and it was hard to tell where the sky was. The animal had gotten so nervous, it began to eat people would speak or even emote fear. He kept all the bad things inside his body. The woman felt safe from the things that hurt her knowing that they were disappearing, but also felt uneasy about it.

The brilliant time that had been spent with the animal no longer went by as quickly as before. It was like time stopped.It got dark all around when she realised the darkness of imagination and creativeness was moving slowly. And it was just the animal's bloated body.

Many of the towns armed themselves to kill the creature.
"Attack them!" the townspeople cried out.
"Fuck off!" They screamed again, throwing the harmful weapons and curse words at the animal. But the animal ate them and it became bigger and bigger. The body of the animal filled the world with an endless void of darkness.

Until everything was gone from the world. Everything but the woman with a plant for an arm.

"Hey..." the woman whispered into the darkness. "Are you there...?"

The animal appeared before the woman in the darkness. The animal stared back at the woman with own exact face, silently waiting.

Just like before, only the woman could commune with the animal. When she looked at him, she cried for the animal which had become such an ugly, emotionless thing because of her. For the first time since she was born, she thought about how she wanted to save her friend. For the first time she shedded tears for someone. When her tears touched her plant arm, a flower bloomed from it. A flower just like the ones the animal had on his back before.

In an instant, flowers began to bloom all over the animal's body. The animal shrank down and down, until the animal became as small as a worm and stayed on her plant arm. They got got along together forever.
