Hayes
"You're so adorable Hannah," I said as I continued to play with a strand of her hair.
We were laying on my bed watching a movie, but she was the only one really paying attention. It was The Heat, which I've seen about a million times already and almost knew every line of the movie by heart. I couldn't focus on the movie really. She was in the way. Not that it bothered me. I liked it. A lot. Our body heats were combined and my arm was wrapped tightly around her while she was nestled comfortably in the crook of my neck. Whenever she would laugh at something funny I could feel her body vibrate against me and her laugh was just so irrisistably cute. It was contagious. I would laugh along with her everytime she did. There was one time during the movie when she was eating some popcorn and she snorted by accident because it was so funny. The part where Sandra was trying to do CPR on the man who was choking.
"You didn't see that right?" she looked at me.
"What? You snorted? It was cute cupcake," I chuckled at her.
I saw her face turn red and couldnt help but tilt her head up and kiss her on the nose. It only made her face turn a darker shade of red.
"Hayes?" she managed to say after she calmed down a bit.
"Hmm?"
"Why do you call me cupcake?"
"Because you're sweet," I teased.
She snorted purposely that time.
"Yeah, and pigs can fly. Nice one. Why do you call me cupcake?"
"Honestly, I don't know either. It just feels right to call you cupcake," I sighed.
She smiled and returned her attention to the movie.
The concert kept replaying in my head. When I asked her out. Her reaction. It took a lot of planning to get Somo to do that for me. I'd met him before and I guess you could say we were friends. After she said yes and we celebrated for a short time on the stage, Somo let us stay on the stage with him when he closed out with his final song, Ride. I took her out to get pizza after the concert and we ate it at home.
That night, we slept together in the same bed. No, not sexually, you perverts. We didn't have sex. We didn't pop the cherry. We were laying in bed together talking while cuddling until one of us fell asleep. She fell asleep first and I was still awake for a few minutes longer. I took those few minutes to really get a good look at Hannah. How gorgeous and angelic she looked when she slept.
Now here we were, watching movies in the morning while eating breakfast in bed.
"What do you wanna do today?" she asked me when the credits started to cover the screen.
I shrugged. It was snowing outside and the roads were covered. Christmas was just around the corner. I could taste the screams of children as they opened their presents that "Santa" left them.
"Let's go on a walk," I suggested after a moment of thinking.
"It's snowing out," she pointed out the window.
"Dress warm then," I said before getting out of bed.
She pulled the covers over her head and groaned.
"I don't wanna get up though. It's warm," she whined.
Hannah dammit, stop being cute.
"You have to get out of bed," I threw the covers off.
"No," she pulled the covers back over her head.
I sighed. "Hannah, please?"
"No. It's warm in here."
