Your name is Vriska Serket, and you are 16. You have golden blonde hair with electric blue tips. You also have snake bites and a nose piercing. You are 5"8 with one bright blue eye. You lost the left one and your left arm in an... 'accident' with Terezi. You wear a pair of glasses, a black lens with six blue dots forming a circle around a seventh one on it over the left.
Your arm is mechanical, it's pretty cool to be honest. Soon they said there'd be mechanical eyes, and you will be getting one as soon as you're able, given you can get the money for one. You usually wear the coolest, most tomboy clothes you can find. Your clothes usually consist of the colors cerulean, black, and gray.
You seem pretty bitchy to most people, and you can see why they think that. Not like you care, the only opinion on yourself that you value is your own. You don't let people get to you, its a weakness that you don't need weighing you down.
You do, despite how many people don't think its true, care about your friends. A lot. You would have felt horrible about causing Terezi's blindness if she hadn't taken an eye and an arm. One thing that absolutely pissed you off was when Dave said you did it on purpose. Which you didn't! And no matter how many times you tell anyone, they never listen.
You are a strong and confident person, and you have all the luck, all of it. The odds are ever in your favor, even when it doesn't seem like it. It always works out for you in the long run, though sometimes you lose your patience for the good times to come. You have a way with knowing whats on peoples minds and what they're thinking about.
You usually are in it for your own benefit, as is what you have been raised to do. You've always had to fend for your own, and you learned early on that you can't trust anyone.
Your life has been rough. Seven younger siblings, and your single mom. You live in a decent apartment. Well, it would be decent, if you only had you and your mom. Eight kids and a parent don't really fit well in a two-room apartment that you can barely afford. Its a daily struggle to keep food on the table, especially with so many mouths to feed.
To some, you seem selfish. To others, you're a selfless person. You work a full time job to help your mom make ends meet, as well as helping with the kids and tackling schoolwork. You've occasionally had to steal to get some medications or food for your family.
You only have a laptop because your dad gave it to you. Your shitty, no-good father gave it to you a week before he left. He didn't help with anything. Its as if he was never there at all. You often have to play counselor for your siblings, and yes, your mom too. She has a lot on her plate, so she usually vents to you.
You were currently being yelled at by your... friend? Terezi. You rolled your eyes as she blamed you for shit that wasn't your fault, as usual. You sighed as she left, flipping off the screen.
"Fuck you too, Terz." I groaned, getting up to check on the kids. The six youngest were still asleep, and the oldest, Sara, was up. She smiled at me as I walked into the kitchen.
"Hey Vris!" She giggled. I smiled slightly, rolling my eyes and ruffling her short blonde hair.
"Ey shorty. What grade are you going into again?" She fixed her hair, laughing.
"Freshman!" I smiled.
"14 already? Wow you're growing fast ain't ya?" I sat on one of the old wooden stools we had. She sat beside me.
"Yeah, you're a..." She strained her features in thought.
"Junior." I snickered. She rolled her eyes, smiling.
"You know I can't ever remember that stuff." I rolled my eyes.
"Yeah yeah yeah I know." I chuckled, standing.
