Clash In The Middle-Grimmjow Love Story

Chapter 3

Grimmjow's P.O.V
I couldn't get that girl out of my thoughts. There was something about her that dragged me in...it was probably that fierce personality when she fought to protect what she loved she had that will to kill it showed in her and in her blade.

I growled as I got up to go attend another meeting it was pissing off since Tosen cut my arm off as "punishment". I entered the hall and sneerrd seeing all the other espada and I jumped up high above and listened to the meeting.

I sat there and frowned as I listened to the meeting and frowned when Ulquirroa showed my fight against Ichigo and Itsumk. I got a better look and I saw that the girl was using both her hands on her blade but the power wasn't like that of any other creature.

Aizen smirked. "So there are two humans that have different powers; but the girl Orihime is the main target. Ulquirroa, Yammy, and sixth espada go. Grimmjow would you like to go as well?"

I sneered before following the rest through the Garganta to the human world and I looked around for the two people and took off when I didn't see or sense them. Eventually they would have to come out of hiding to fight me and I smirked when I felt Itsumi first.

Itsumi's P.O.V

I tensed when I sensed multiple spiritual powers and one coming towards our direction. I took off releasing into shikai and I came and stopped in front of Grimmjow glaring at him. "Your here early what do you's want?"

I didn't like it when he smirked and I as he spoke that's when I noticed that his left arm was missing and I frowned slightly knowing he had only cut his chest.

Grimmjow smirked when he noticed me staring. "Well at least the hottie came to greet me first how sweet." He moved closer and touched my hair causing me to tense and my spiritual pressure raised.

I then felt him move his hand and cup my cheek and make me look at him. "Answer my question Grimmjow why are you here early?" I was tense and hoped that Ichigo would soon come.

Grimmjow smirked as he stepped back. "A fight to finish off Ichigo and to take a prize back with me."

I winced when he grabbed me and pulled me close and he was smirking at Ichigo as I tried to get free. "I-Ichigo!" I was worried but felt Ichigo was different and stronger.

I looked to him but believed in Ichigo...I snuck another glance to Grimmjow and moved away as he reached for his blade and I tensed as I felt a change in Ichigo's pressure and I looked paling and shook seeing the mask on Ichigo.

Grimmjow smirked as he fought Ichigo until he saw Ichigo's mask break and I gasped watching at Ichigo's request. I heard Grimmjow speak as he grinned. "Well now it seems that once your mask breaks it's gone; no you trie to bring it back so then you've pushed your spiritual energy to much."

I saw Ichigo was in danger and before I could move a light appeared and surround the enemy and I knew that Aizen was calling them back as I had gone and and caught him tears in my eyes. "I'm sorry Ichigo you got hurt again and I didn't keep you safe."

Isshin smiled when me and Ichigo made it home and he worked on Ichig till he was done before hugging me as I cried. "Hey you know your brother will do whatever he can to keep his friends and family safe. No more tears where's that smile I love seeing?"

I sniffled as I wiped away my tears and looked up smiling sadly. "Your right he's to stubborn and stuck in his own way's; I just wish he would let others help him more."

Isshin chuckled before he started tending to my wounds and I winced when he touched the bruise on me and plus I had sore ribs from training. "Thank you Isshin."

Isshin smiled softly and hugged me. "Your father would be so proud of you if he was here today. I know you miss him but every time I look at you...I see him, and I hear him. You have his will burning strongly in you. He believed in protecting the young, elderly, weak, and innocent like you do and he would go to great lengths to try and make changes. I'm sure no matter what path you walk your father and family will be walking besides you...even if you can't see them they will always be in your heart."

I had tears in my eyes hearing how Isshin spoke of my father and I held my blade in necklace form in my hand and I hugged Isshin as I cried into him. "I-I miss him so much; i-is it alright for me to go to his r-resting place?"

Isshin smiled softly and gently wiped away my tears. "Go ahead sweetie just promise me that you'll be careful; and if it gets late and you don't want to come home that you'll stay at Kisuke's."

I nodded my head smiling softly. "I promise I'll be careful and will let you know if I stay at Kisuke's. I doubt the enemy would attack so soon but I'll make sure I have my phone on me just incase."

Isshin was serious and nodded his head. "Don't stay out super late I know your tired I can see it."

I nodded my head and covered Ichigo before I left the room with Isshin and knew Rukia was with him once we left and smiled as Karin and Yuzu went to eat in Ichigo's room as I left. I flash stepped to my fathers grace and had a bouquet of wild flowers that my father loved.

I kneeled and gently laid the bouquet on my father's grave and quietly got lost in my thought remembering all the good times with my father and I started crying again.

I felt another presence and sighed softly as I got pulled into a hug and I knew that it was Kisuke as I turned cuddling into him as I let it all out as I cried.

Kisuke stayed still till he heard me calm and gently picked me up bridal style after he called Isshin and let him know that I was safe and had cried myself to sleep from exhaustion and from everything that had been happening lately.

*Next Morning*

I groaned when Kisuke woke me up and I tensed seeing the serious look on his face. "What's wrong?" Sitting up and got my things and followed Kisuke from the room once I stood.

Kisuke spoke as he walked. "Orihime was kidnapped yesterday during the attack."

I froze in my spot shocked for a moment before I hurried to catch up to him. "What?! But wasn't she in soul society?!"

"Yes she was; they were readying the gate for her to come back but her two escorts were found unconcious and have confirmed that she was taken. If I know head captain he would think she went to the enemy's side. Your brother, Chad and Uryu will go I also want you to go with."

I nodded head being serious but inside I was worried.  "Yes sir" I headed out to go get Chas which wasn't hard since he had been training. "Chad we have a problem."

Chad looked to me seriously and went to get changed quickly before coming back out. "What's going in?"

I spoke as we walked and I told him what had happened and what the plan was. It didn't take us long to get to Kisuke's and I went home to go let Ichigo know I would be joining him.

Quiet was pretty quiet once me and Ichigo had talked and I knew he was worried about me but was reassured once I had had attacked him and sent him flying back outside.

Once supper was done and I had helped Ichigo do dishes we both headed to Kisuke's and I wore a wolf charm bracelet I had been given from my father before his death it gave me reassurance.

Ichigo saw that I was worried and touched my shoulder. "We'll save Orihime and bring everyone home." I smiled softly and nodded my head as we went into the training area under Kisuke's and giggled moving as Ichigo looked confused.

Ichigo looked to Uryu and Chad. "What are you two doing here?"

Chad summoned his attacking arm and attacked Ichigo who blocked him. "We're here to help save Orihime."
