Steve and Nat are married for 2 years and all of the Avengers are starting to settle down and have children, Steve is fine with that but Nat feels guilty. Steve hates to see her sad so he goes to Wakanda to cheer her up.
A couple of hours of throwing up "Where were you?", Natasha said all angry and hungry but weak. She was laying on the bed. "Pee on this," Steve ordered and she did what she was told. A couple minutes past and Steve heard her throwing up again. He tried to open the door but it was locked. "Natasha open the door, are you alright?!", yelling furiously worried for Natasha. He was almost about to kick the door down when he heard Natasha scream. "Hold on!"He shouted, the door broke down, and once it went down, Natasha went in for a kiss on the lips. It was passionate, sweet, and filled with love. "Are you alright?", Steve asked panting," I'm pregnant!" Steve lunged for another kiss and kissed her until he was panting. "Natasha were going to be parents, we need to tell the others!" "Okay but after our vacation, a month is gonna pass by quick but until then let's enjoy our stay!" She said smiling, this was probably the best day of their lives.
A month later... When they told the people in Wakanda, they weren't surprise because they already knew! Those sly dogs. Natasha's belly was already big enough that you can see a tiny bump in her clothes. They went to the quinjet and patiently waited to tell the others. A few hours later they were at Avengers tower and they decided who would tell them. They came back the day Tony had his baby shower. Natasha was wearing a dress that showed her curves and her belly. Natasha was fine with it but Steve was not. He tended to get jealous knowing a gorgeous woman like her was on everyone's bucket list. And plus now she was pregnant, so he now has a great reason to be protective.

They enter the building being greeted by strangers and men staring at her. In a way the Steve disapproved of, he didn't know if Nat noticed the men staring at her but Steve did so he put his arm around her waist leading her to where the retired Avengers now stand. " Cap and Nat, hey that rhymed, how was the anniversary?", Tony asked," One of the best we had." Steve said looking at Natasha. After hours of being on guard and watching all the men trying to flirt with Natasha. Steve didn't leave her side even for a second. Tony noticed Steve's discomfort so he decided party was over since they already opened the gifts, Tony just wanted to catch up with his now retired avengers.

By the way this is what Pepper was wearing! Everyone noticed the bump on Natasha it was just undecided who would call it out. But of course, it would be Clint. "Anything you would like to tell us Cap?", Clint asked. Steve and Nat looked at each other and then Nat gave him a nod. "Actually yes, you may have notice but Natasha is... she's pregnant."Steve said happy as a bee who found a jackpot of honey. " Omg congrats!" Pepper was the first to stand up, with the help of Tony of course, and went to hug Natasha. Seeing her struggle, Natasha went to her to hug. Then after that a lot of hugging and congrats was said. But then once Natasha went to use the restroom... "How did you do it Steve?", Sam asked. " I'm going to be honest with you, I don't know how I did it." Steve replied. "Guys come on, common sense here, he used his magical powers to make this happen!",Bucky joked. It made the whole room laugh. Steve was going to be a parent, a dad, and spending time with his wife and his soon to be child, his all he ever wanted.
