I woke up. Well, my mind was awake, I hadn't yet opened my eyes. I could feel the cold earth beneath me. I opened my eyes to a grey, cloudy sky. I laid there for a second processing what i had done. I didn't mean for it to work. It was a petty fight with my parents that managed to make me want to push the small self-destruct button in my mind. I remember watching the white bottle in my hand being tipped back as the white pills spilled into my mouth. I wasn't sure how many. It was more than twenty but less than thirty. I took them and went into my room, I don't remember anything after that.
