It's all black and white

A/N: This is a soulmate au where people only see black and white till they make first physical contact.  

Lance's POV:
All my life was black and white, all my friends could see colours except me and I thought it would always be that way. It wasn't until that one day here's how it went.
It was a rainy day ( those are my favourite days to be honest) and I was energized because of the rain so I packed my stuff for school quickly and because I had gotten ready fast I ran to one of the cafe near the school and ordered a latte. When I felt eyes on me so I turned around to see a man with beautiful black hair staring at me. ( I can't see colours so all hair colours look the same because I can't see colorectal)I felt a connection but shook it off as I realize I was gonna be late. I rushed off and just made it to class on time. Once the teacher was ready he stood up and announced.
"Class settle down we have a new student.!"  Once we did, our teacher made a gesture and a short guy came in looking nervous. I wasn't really paying attention because I was doodling The guy I saw in the cafe. Once I looked up though I was looking at the same guy from earlier he has noticed me and turned to look when his eyes went wide with shock and happiness ( which I thought was impossible) then the teacher spoke interrupting my thoughts.
"So can you tell us your name and a little bit about yourself?"
Nodding he spoke not loudly but loud enough for everyone to hear.
"My name is Keith and I like coffee and rock music."
A few people snickered but most of them were to interested because it's not like we get new students every day. A lot of the girls were staring so were a few of the boys, but Keith was looking at me.
