-Tex's POV-

''Oli, hey mate.'' Jona said loudly. My eyes widened as Oli said my name. ''Is she there?'' He repeated.

''What, no- what's going on?''

''Really, Jona? Don't lie to me. I know she's here.''

''Oli-''

''It's fine, Jona.'' I sighed walking towards the front door where an angry Oli stood. Jona shot me an apologetic look, and walked away into the kitchen.

I felt my stomach go in knots as I stared into his brown eyes. He looked so irritated.

He looked so different, too. His longish hair had gotten even longer and he'd grown a more facial hair. He was wearing a plaid button up, and jeans.

''Why are you here, Texas?''

''3 months. 3 months my girls have been here, with you. I've come to take them home.''

He scoffed and walked inside the house uninvited. ''Take them, but I'm fighting for them. Believe me.''

''What?'' I followed him into the living room. He let out a small laugh, and ran his fingers through his hair.

''You think you can hurt me, and take everything away from me? Yeah, well now it's your turn. I'm taking you to court, and I will win.''

My eyes widened in horror. I felt my knees go weak. A life without my children wouldn't be anything at all. He can't.

''You can't do that. I'm a great Mom, they won't just give you our children.''

''They will, once they see how well they've settled with us. They love London. They love Eva, they-''

''Eva?!''

''Oh, she's my girlfriend. She's absolutely gorgeous, and guess what? She doesn't cheat!'' He said sarcastically.

''You've had some woman look after MY children? How dare you.''

''She's a better Mom to them than you'll ever be. You only cared about Ashley, how pathetic and sad is that, to put a man before your kids?''

''That is not true. You're f*cking disgusting.''

''Keep telling yourself that. I'll be in touch.'' He raised an eyebrow, and walked past me, smirking.
