Tails POV
"Everything has to be perfect" I yelled to everyone."He'll be here any minute". Everyone was helping me get everything ready for Sonic's welcome home party and we were almost finished. I had invited almost everyone to my house (except Amy) who was Sonic's friend even though I didn't like them. I looked at the guest list to check if everyone was here. Cream,Rouge, Knuckles,Shadow,Ray, Mighty,Vector,Espio,Tikal,Charmy,Blaze,Silver,and Cosmo. I looked around to see everyone was here helping with the decorations while Rouge kept the lookout for Sonic. "Now only Sonic has to get here"I thought. I started to daydream about what would happen if I told Sonic that I "Tails?""Yes"I said hearing two voices interrupting my thoughts. It was Cream and Cosmo. I remembered that I had put them in charge of the food and the decorations"We're done with everything"they beamed."Come take a look". Blue and gold balloons had been hanged with blue streamers around the room. A table filled with drinks and chili dogs (Sonic's favorite obviously)was in a corner of the room along with another table for everyone else's foods. No one had brought gifts but I had one in my pocket for Sonic later. "I'll give it to him when were alone" I blushed. "Who put this sign up here!?"I heard someone screamed. I turned around and gasped looking at the sign. I had forgotten about that sign and had hoped realized again why I didn't want her here. "Hi Amy" I said with a fake smile.
