Sonic POV

Flashback
"Hi,my name's Sonic. What's yours?"I asked. I was only 5 years old when I met my best friend and the cutest person I had ever seen. "My name's Miles but you can call me Tails"he smiled. At the moment I didn't know what that feeling was but I feel my heart flutter and my cheeks were starting to burn up. I could see on his white muzzle surrounded by his  bright golden fur that his cheeks were a light pink from a blush. "Well Tails" I smiled, "I can tell were gonna be great friends"

End of Flashback
Ever since that day me and Tails became best friends and did everything together. I didn't realize that the amazing feeling I felt around Tails was not a best friends love but a different kind. We always shared our secrets but there was one thing I just couldn't tell Tails. I love him.

Tails POV
"Who invited her" I screamed in my head. The truth of why I didn't invite Amy was because this party was for me to confess my feeling for Sonic that I loved him. I haven't seen him in a month and I felt lost without him so I finally want to tell him so that he'll stay here with me. The sign that Cream and Cosmo had put up was proof of my plan because it said "I love you Sonic"- Love Tails" in giant black letters. All the people I had invited supported me but it seemed to me that Cream and Cosmo looked a bit upset when I told them."Hello?Tails!?"Amy screamed into my ear."Care to explain" she said pointing to the sign. "Oh that sign is there to tell Sonic how much I love him as a.. brother. I said with a fake smile. I hated using that word to describe Sonic. "Aww"Amy squealed grabbing me into a tight hug that was squeezing the air out of my lungs."That's adorable". I can't believe that Sonic has to support one of these every time Amy's around. I felt bad for him I smirked out loud."What's so funny" asked Amy. "Nothing". I sighed. "Well since your here you can join us. How could I forget to send an invitation to you Amy" I said sarcastically. She didn't seem to notice and said "I forgive you".Ugh I hated her so much. "I'll have to find the person who invited her and ask why they invited her if they knew this party was for me and Sonic". I thought. Suddenly Rouge called from above "He's coming!". "Everyone get into your positions!" I yelled. I flew up next to Rouge and saw something fast and blue coming towards us. "He's finally here" I sighed happily in my head.
