The second he walked in the house his bag was thrown to the floor. His heart stopped beating and he also stopped breathing.

"Out? Again?!",the deep drunk voice spat in his face.

The small boy flinched and shrunk.

"Such a fucking disgrace",the man growled before slapping the boy

"Bet you were out with some boy huh?'he laughed sarcastically.

"N-no! I-I was at the store!",he argued

If only he didn't.
