Olivia, Harry, and Ron were walking with, Seamus, Neville and some of the other Gryffindors hover nearby. "Detention. On the first day?" Neville asked and Olivia laughed at the two.

Olivia wasn't actually hanging out with Harry and Ron, she was hanging out with Seamus and Neville. Ron and Harry were just tagging along with the other Gryffindors.

"That must be some kind of record." Seamus said and Olivia looked around the grounds, she did not want to be around them. They were stuck up sometimes and didn't think about others feelings.

"I should think you'd count yourself lucky that's all you got." Olivia told the two as they neared a greenhouse.

"I should think you'd mind your own business." Ron snapped at Olivia and they glared at each other.

Professor Sprout tapped her wand on a stack of pots.

"Welcome to Greenhouse Thrid and Second Years. Today, we will be re-potting Mandrakes. Now, who here can tell me the properties of the Mandrake?" Hermione's hand went up before Olivia's. "Yes, Miss Granger." Professor Sprout said and Olivia looked at Hermione.

"Mandrake, or Mandragora, is used to return those who have been transfigured to their original state. It's also quite dangerous. The Mandrake's cry is fatal to anyone who hears it." The two girls said at the same time scaring the class.

"Excellent. Ten points to Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. As our Mandrakes are only seedlings, their cries won't kill yet. However, they will knock you out for several hours. That is why I have provided each of you with a pair of earmuffs. If you would then..." Ron frowned as he got a bright pink pair. Olivia smirked at him from across the tables.

When the class was ready, Professor Sprout lead them to the garden area. She grasped one of the plants before her and pulled. Harry and Ron gasped.

Instead of roots, a small, muddy, extremely ugly baby popped out of the earth, leaves were growing right out of its head.

Olivia watched as Neville's eyes rolled back and he fainted. Professor Sprout plunged the crying thing deep into a pot, removing her earmuffs, and the others follow suit.

Everyone saw Neville, who was laying stretched on the ground. "Hm. Looks as though Mr. Longbottom neglected his muffs." Professor Sprout mumbled and Seamus shook his head.

"No, ma'am. He's just fainted." He informed the teacher, who just nodded. Olivia looked at the boy who fainted and felt bad. He wasn't going to do go on the test. Was all that came to her mind.

"Very well. We'll just leave him then. Come now. Four to a tray, plenty of pots to go round." She said and Olivia stood next to some of her other friends, Savannah being one of them.

At the Gryffindor table, Hermione had her nose buried in Gilderoy Lockhart's Travels with Trolls. "I don't know why you have a like for that man." Olivia mumbled and Hermione rolled her eyes. Liv sat next to Gregory, who was asking her for help with his homework.

"No, that's not right, look at this see how it's different from the one you wrote down." Olivia explained as Ron ran gobs of Spellotape over his broken wand, shaking his head grimly.

"Say it. I'm doomed," Ron said.

"You're doomed." Harry said and Ron nodded. That's when there was a flash. A light blinded Harry and Olivia. They blinked and found a small boy stood before them with a camera.

"Hiya, Harry. I'm Colin Creevey. I'm in Gryffindor too." The little boy Colin said as he took another picture. Olivia's eyes burned from the flash of the camera.
