Her hair goes just below her waist. She is 5'3 in height. Carol has a look of a curious, yet innocent young woman. Likes: Spending time with her mother, journaling, reading books Dislikes: Charles Dalimar, Ravenhearst Manor (Former), Control freaks Back Story: Before her birth, Emma Ravenhearst was unexpectedly murdered by a man named Charles Dalimar (who obsessed over her) with an axe. Charles kept her mother's soul and others Emma knew bound and trapped in the manor. But one day, a detective came back to set them free and was able to bring them back life. All that was left of her mother's past was a golden locket that read "To my dearest, Emma" and her mother's journal:

Emma soon found true love later on and raised Carol in Blackpool, England. Personality: Carol is stubborn but compassionate just like her mother. She hates being bound against her will to do things or keep quiet. Carol loves to go in her mother's garden and journal about her experiences.
