" UP UP EVERYBODY UP BE READY IN AN HOUR !!! " screamed Rico as he busted open our doors . REALLY 😤

I jumped out of my sleep , rubbed my eyes , stretched my arms out wide and looked around . I seen the other girl Melody, I shared a room with rushing through her clothes and hurrying to get ready for school . I slowly threw the covers off of me , went into the bathroom because I really had to pee !

Once was done I washed my hands and patted some water on my face to wake me up a little bit . I looked at myself in the mirror and sighed , then put on a fake smile . A scientific fact , when your sad or unhappy and you smile , you can trick your brain into thinking your happy . I grabbed my toothbrush , wet it and but toothpaste on it and wet it again . Then I started to brush my teeth .

As I was brushing my teeth I walked out of the bathroom looking through my clothes to get out what I wanted to wear . It was September 8th , 2014 in Glenmont, New York . So it wasn't too hot nor was it cold . I picked out some dark washed skinny jeans with rips in them , a pink crop top , and silver sandals . I picked out my belly button ring with a gun on it . I let my tattoo , and hip piercings show . I would wear my J's but I don't wear my sneakers until it starts to get cold outside . I went back in the bathroom , rinsed my mouth out , and put my hair up into a sloppy bun . I went into the room stripped out of my night clothes and wrapped a towel around me . I looked at the clock and it read 6:10 , that leaves me 50 minutes left to shower , get dressed and do my hair , I really have to hurry .

I quickly turned on the shower and let the warm water roam my body . I washed myself and hopped out of the shower . I lotioned my body , put on my clothes , put on all of my earrings and went into the bathroom to get started on my hair . It was now 6:30 . I quickly plugged in my straightener . I took my hair out of the sloppy bun and hair sprayed it . I took the moose and put it all through my hair and parted out my bangs . I straightened my bangs and left the rest of my hair fall down my back and left it wavy . I put in my contacts , put on some blistex and by the time I was done it was 6:55 . I grabbed my book bag and Melody and I was out the door .

" Oh , how I do NOT like school 😒 " Melody said with a sigh

" Don't worry Mel , it'll be over before you know it 😊 " I said trying to lighten up her mood .

Melody and I are the same age . We're both seniors going to the same school . She's like a best friend . Melody is mixed , Caucasian and African - American . She's my height 5'0 flat . She has these greenish eyes with a bit of hazel in it . Sometimes I wish we can switch eyes . She has jet black hair as well and is so beautiful .

" Errm I guess 😒 " She said while taking a bite out if her apple .

I chuckled at her comment and grabbed my car keys off of the key rack . We hopped inside of my black Lamborghini . It was a gift from Rico for my sixteenth birthday . All the girls get one once they turn 16 . Mel has one too but she's too lazy to drive herself to school 😑 . 10 minutes later we arrived at school and I parked inside if the school parking lot .

" Ugh Kenzie I'm gonna throw up 😩 " Melody complained as she plopped her head against my chest . I kissed her forehead

" Mel , suck it up and let's go " I semi yelled to her

" Ughh , yes mother " she said with narrowed eyes at me

We went into the school and headed to the main office . The lady at the desk knew exactly who we were and immediately gave us our schedules .

" Have a nice day ladies " the lady said to us

" You too " we all said in unision

After we got our schedules the bell rang and we both went our separate ways . My homeroom was room 302 , Ms.Valencia's room . I made my way to the elevator , I got in and pressed three . But before the doors closed someone yelled
