With anxiety running through her body, Beca clung onto Chloe's hand for dear life and followed her downstairs.

"Ready?" Chloe asked Beca when they reached the bottom of the stairs.

"Yeah," Beca nodded nervously. "Let's get this over with."

"Okay," Chloe leaned up and kissed Beca's cheek but pulled away with a scrunched up face.

"What?"

"Prickly..."

Beca rolled her eyes. "Come on, let's just go."

"Alright," Chloe pulled Beca with her into the kitchen where everyone stopped eating and just stared at the couple.

"Ah... Chloe?" Stacie uttered. "Who's this?"

"Guys... This... this is Becs."

The girls were silent for a few moments then burst out laughing.

"Good one, Chloe!"

"Yeah, great joke!"

The Bellas had a good laugh for a few minutes until they settled down.

"Okay, for serious though," Stacie said, wiping the tears from her eyes. "Who is this guy?"

"I was serious, girls, this is Beca," Chloe repeated.

The Bellas were silent this time as they gave each other confusing looks.

"She's right," Beca spoke. "I'm Beca,"

The Bellas stared at Beca and looked her up and down.

"Are you serious?" CR spoke up.

"Dead. I woke up and all of a sudden I was... this." Beca said the last word disgusted.

"Okay... so... what happened?"

Beca and Chloe ran through the details of their night and what they thought was the cause of Beca's overnight sex change.

"It's the eclipse wish," Lily whispered and everyone turned to the woman.

"What?" Beca frowned.

"It's the eclipse wish," Lily repeated but no one could hear her.

"Lily, you really need to speak up. I don't know what's going on with you but you need to speak or something," Beca snapped, taking everyone by surprise.

Beca wasn't one to snap at her friends but the woman... man... didn't have a very high tolerance level at that moment.

Lily sighed then spoke up. "It's the eclipse wish,"

"What does that mean?" Beca probed.

"Well, there are different types of eclipses - lunar, solar, and hybrid. On any one of those, you can say something and it can become a reality but you have to say it on the twelfth minute of the eclipse - any time after that minute nothing happens. The only trick is that people don't know what causes the wish or the saying to come true. So, last night was a lunar eclipse and you must have said that Beca may as well be a boy on the twelfth minute."

"Is that true?" Beca frowned.

"Is any of this?" Stacie jumped in.

"So what do we do, Lily?" Chloe asked.

"Well, according to NASA, the next eclipse is in two weeks." The woman read off her phone.

"Two weeks!" Beca yelled. "I have to stay like this for two weeks!"

"Yes, two weeks and if you don't get it right then... Beca will be a man forever."

"Fantastic..." Beca sighed. "So, what do we do?"
