Hey (this is a long note)

So before anything else, I just want to say that this story is DISCONTINUED.

As in, indefinitely. 

And I have no plans to get back on it.

I had started on this story back when I had just started getting into k-pop, mainly blackpink and bts (and then eventually branching out but those were the first.) --> that bit in my bio at the end about me starting something in january? Yeah it's this.

That was around January of this year (2018) and I was still getting acquainted with little terms and such like unnie, oppa etc and other koren words so I sprinkled them very generously  in this particular fic. (just warning you, because reading it now, I can't stop cringing so if it puts you off, understandable) (I learned my lesson and am gradually toning down their usage heh).

{in my defence, i was trying to make it sound like Korean was spoken at times, so in certain parts there would be a distinction between the languages being used...because yes there was going to be a theme regarding racism and west vs east culture and superiority complexes and whatever yeah complicated.}

But I wanted to leave this like a keepsake of my initial writings, like how people keep their old journals and then going back to cringe and laugh at their younger selves' whining.

I started this ambitious project intending to make a blackbangtan story based off current events at the time (back at the start of the year), when blackpink were still without a comeback.

(Oh and yeah I remember feeling so proud of the title, like it sounded so edgy and aesthetic at the same time but what the frick was I thinking? I have absolutely no idea, but it's staying :-P)

(or not lol, cos i had an idea for a story and thought the title might fit it better and i wasn't too thrilled with the idea of having two book with same title so yeah some renaming process....been thinking about it for a while but i couldn't think of anything worthwhile so if you're reading this hope you were at least intrigued by the photo 😁)

The story was discontinued because I got swamped with schoolwork and then started on other writing projects that looked more promising than this ((this one was going to be so complex in my head, involving terrorism and conspiracy plots, betrayal, drama, angst and kidnapping (possibly) and explosions (definitely) and the ships.... yeah...a bit too much to juggle, not to mention all the rambling jeez and it deviated too much from real world occurrences)).

The ships were going to be Lizkook, Jinsoo, Jirose and Taennie (was also considering putting in a one-sided Yoonie but again, complicated, and I'm not that much of a fan of love triangles ;-P)

 I think Taennie was gonna be like the prime focus but not sure (again the issue of juggling) buuut there was going to be some nice Lisa angst in the form of childhood regrets (hey bambam), some tragedy moments for jirose (explosions mostly, and some triggering issues like self-harm), some heartbreak for jinsoo (being separated against their will) and overall drama and angst for taennie (the playing with fire part i guess)  :-)

If you still wanna read sure go ahead but be warned: there's basically nothing of the above mentioned unfortunately because i was still building up towards those moments. So there's just a lot of rambling, talking, and far too many details (just like this author's note :-D) It was going to be  a really really slow burn story.

Oh and I didn't edit anything so all mistakes are mine etc etc and have fun cringing.

I only published this because I want to kid myself I have more books that I have written, and I don't have the heart to delete it so might as well...

 Also because I'm great at procrastinating my other works, and I made a cover for this one a few minutes before writing this note, so yeah.  

Oh and btw I had published Jennie's first chapter in Yoon's BTS-Blackpink Oneshots under the title A Blackpink Birthday, in case it looked familiar or something.

I still would appreciate if people don't plagiarise because even though it's crappy, it's still my work yo.

 Copying is a big no-no, ok?

Yeah, I think that's about it.

Wow I'm really gonna do this huh.

Oh one more thing, I might wake up one day and unpublish this mess :-P (so many inconsistencies.)
