Judge: Cherry is that true?

Cherry: Well, he got mad that I wouldn't visit Johnny or Dallas in the hospital, so he threatened me about the trial. I had no other option. I can't fight back against a man, even if he is younger than me

Two-Bit: Ponyboy did not threaten you I was there!!!!!!!!!
