" This is the living area, and of course the furniture will be removed when you're ready to sign the lease." The stout and Spritely realtor explained.
Jungwoo looked at the wood floor it was darker than he wanted it to be. Despite how large the living room was it wasn't his dream home.
"So what do you think, do you want to sign?" The persistent man asked a pen in his hand.
"Ah babe sorry I'm late, I had to get the monthly reports from Changmin and he was late into the office." Jungwoo just nodded at Yunho and embraced the hug the older man offered.
"So did you take a look do you like it?" Yunho asked nodding at the realtor in his usual friendly manner.
" Ne, uh it'll be good for now." Jungwoo answers his head swiveling to take in his new apartment.
" Again I totally respect your decision in not wanting us to shack up before we're married." Yunho says being sure to take the pen from the man.
" He doesn't have to sign the lease, he'll be living here for less than a year." Yunho advises.
Yunho owned the building, he not only owned a ride share company he also owned buildings, 9 to be exact. He was a self made man, he was the real rag to riches story and Jungwoo was the beautiful rich man he dreamed of marrying to complete it all.
" Ah Okay, I'll be going then. Enjoy your new home." The shorter man says bowing one last time before leaving the two alone.
"Soooo Mr. Jung Jungwoo...haha kinda has a ring to it huh?" Jungwoo smiled and grabbed Yunho's hand it was comfortable but he felt himself yearn for the bigger one that belonged to Lucas.
And no he did not think there was a ring to his name paired with Yunho's last name. He honestly wanted to keep his own surname when they got married.
"So here's my card, go ahead and pick out some furniture." Yunho offers. The red and black card that most likely had no limit in between his fingers.
"Aren't you coming with me?" Jungwoo asked in his cute voice, he wanted attention from the man. He had really strong feelings for Yunho in fact he never imagined getting married to anyone else. He wanted it to work.
"Mmmm yes...........no I can't, I really want to but I have to go to my parents and pull the weeds out of my moms garden." Yunho replies his eyes showing he was prepared for the topic to come.
" Oh...so let me come with." Jungwoo lets go of Yunho's hand and grabs the card from the generous man.
" So, do you really want to talk about this or would you rather go shop for furniture." The older man wrapped his arms around Jungwoo's waist and let their foreheads meet.
" I'd rather spend time with the guy that pretends he wants to marry me, we've had sex once since we've gotten back together but your company's stock has went up 300 million won oh and you've some how made time to pull weeds out of your moms garden." Jungwoo wasn't being rude he was just being honest.
Jungwoo felt maybe it wasn't all his fault he was getting his pleasure elsewhere. He had to get it somewhere.
"Well, when you say it like that.....Okay I would take you with me but you know my parents don't know I'm dating a 22 year old man." Yunho reminds the young adult. He pulled away and grabbed his phone from his blazer pocket.
" You are not about to take a business call right now are you?" Jungwoo questioned grabbing for the phone. He was dumbfounded at the disrespect.
"No, I'm calling off all my appointments for tomorrow...I'm sorry I've been neglecting you." Yunho says as he puts the phone to his ear.
