"So, have you guys all found a partner for tomorrow?" Téa who had just gotten back to you and the others from the corridor asked, a wide grin spread across her face. But that cheerful expression soon turned into a frown the moment Joey answered with another question. "Hah? Whatcha talkin' about?"

"Don't 'hah' me! We all agreed that we would do this for Valentine's Day! Don't tell me you guys already forgot!" The light brown-haired girl groaned, flashing you and your friends her usual glare as a warning.

You, Joey, Tristan, Yugi and Téa were all in the same class and have always hanged out together whenever the chance presented itself. From all the dangerous adventures you had been on with the small gang, school had almost gone forgotten and so did the mentioned event Téa was looking forward to so much. For this year's Valentine's Day she had suggested that everyone were to find themselves a partner to go on a date with, but as already displayed, the males had seemingly forgotten all about it. And for worse or not, Valentine's Day happened to be tomorrow.

"Ohh right... dat thing. Ya can't blame me for forgettin'. We only agreed cuz yer our friend. Yer da only one who likes dat lovey-dovey stuff." The dirty blond-haired male let a deep sigh escape his lips, irritating Téa even more. "But you still promised to do it!" Joey gave his pal Yugi a small glance before doing the same to you, practically asking for backup. But since you were slightly closer with Téa than with the blond, you sided with her in this situation. "Valentine's Day is tomorrow, so we still have today to find our partner, right?"

"Thanks [Name]!~ I knew you wouldn't let me down!" The brunette's spirits were raised in a mere moment, your comment resulting in Joey's displeased groan. "Gehh come on! Can't I just go wit' Tristan or somethin'?"

"Sorry man, but I'm already booked. Besides, I don't swing that way." Tristan announced rather proudly, getting both confused and surprised looks, especially from Téa since she wasn't expecting him to have made preparations when no one else did. "Whaddya mean 'booked'?"

"I mean that I'm going on a date with Serenity tomorrow." The brown-haired male nodded confidently. No one was sure if he wasn't aware of having said it aloud or if he had said that so cockily on purpose, since Serenity was none other than Joey's younger sister, and everyone knew how protective he was of her. "Ya WHAAAT?! Are ya messin' wit' me?!"

The two boys went at each other for quite some time, so you decided to direct your attention to Yugi and Téa again. Knowing about your crush on the boy, the brunette winked at you before asking the person in question if he had already found a partner for tomorrow. Yugi shook his head while replying sheepishly. "I haven't. What about you two?"

Téa nodded, saying that how she was the one who suggested this event, she had already found a person to go on a date with since way before. Though she never mentioned the guy's name. The spiky-haired boy then turned to you, ready to hear your answer. "I sort of forgot about this, so I haven't found anyone yet."
