As we sat down, we heard a phone go off. Jung-My brother had gotten back up. He didn't even notice that I had already gotten up and answered his phone.
4-D Gucci Tae the caller ID read. I wonder who it is?
"Hello 4-D Gucci Tae." I said with a bunch of pauses, I heard a bunch of laughter on the other side of the call.
" LILAAAA!!! WHY THE FU-" Wow we barely knew each other and acted like siblings.
" I DARE YOU TO FINISH THAT SENTENCE!" did I mention I had the call on speaker? oops.
" Oh like you haven't said it."
" I-I.. don't try and change the subject. Anyway who is Lila?" I heard a lot of oohs.
" YEAH RIGHT. Like I wonder date this freak." I answered with sarcasm.
" WOW, you took your place as a sister in no time." he answered
"SISTERRR!!!!!!!"
" I-We-um-"
"Lila, Jungkook the food is getting cold." I heard my step-father said.
" I-We have to go. Jungkook here owns my mom." Jungkook started and I finished.
"Bye" we both said as we hung up the phone.
" Lets go." I told him as I pulled him towards the table.
As we sat at the table, my mom had made Yam Nua, which is spicy beef salad. Our favorite dishes. I was glad to see both my step father and brother liked the meal. We talked, and asked questions about each other. I learned a lot about them and was glad to see my mom smile again. It had been a long time, I was glad.
As we finished eating, I helped my mom clean the dishes, while Jungkook and his father cleaned the table.
Once we finished, my mom and step-father went to go and watch a movie. We stayed home and watched Truth or Dare. Once the movie was finished I was hiding under Jungkook's armpit. I don't know why I accepted to watch the movie, I was terrible at watching scary movies.
" Hey its fine its not real. Its fa-ring"
" SHI*!!!!"
"Again!!" A black figure shouted at us.
