Chapter One

Patton's POV

I was enjoying laying on Logan's shoulder as he reads while I watch tv when we hear Roman and Virgil yelling. I bet they are fighting about Disney again and how the movies have a bad side to them. When we hear a thump I got up quickly and ran upstairs knowing how Virgil could have panic attacks. I opened the door to see Roman in black clothes with red outlines and a red and black flower crown on his head. I see Virgil on the ground with fear in his eyes as Roman standing over him with a sword pointing towards him. Roman turns to us and I see his eyes were black with a gold pupil I got scared knowing that Deceit was apart of this. Roman waved his hand over us and I felt myself pass out.

Pride!Roman's POV

I used a sleeping spell on the other sides then trapping them in Thomas's bad sides mind where they won't be able to get out. I felt proud of my self for what I did I go back to the bad sides' common room. I made cells appear and put them in the cells I heard Deceit walking in he saw the other sides in the cells passed out.

"Good work Rowan we have them where we want them you will be in charge of breaking their spirits and convincing Virgil to join our side again." Deceit said.

"Yes my sire," I said bowing to him as he is my sire he runs over all of the bad sides the only way you can be good is take down Deceit. Deceit touches my cheek and looks at my flower crown to see that they are starting to welt. Deceit takes the flower crown off and made a black crown with yellow accents. I felt my outfit change because of my crown change I saw yellow accents.

"There you are the King of Nightmares you shouldn't be wearing a flower crown but a real crown." Deceit said I knew that I would get a punishment for wearing the flower crown instead of the crown.

"Do as I say and I might forgive the mistake of wearing the flower crown instead of the crown I made you." Deceit said gripping my chin to make me look at him. I turn to see the good sides are starting to wake up from their nightmares I created.

"What happened?" Patton asks sitting up from the floor where he was. They all sat up and looked at each other and saw they were in cells and turn to see me standing looking menacing.

"You are somewhere that no one can save you well unless you join our side," I said I saw the hint of fear in Virgil's eyes since he remembers the screams of the victims I had in here.

"Rowan where's Roman?!" Virgil asked almost yelling at me expecting to get an answer from me. 

"Oh Virgil your precious Roman is fine well fine to my standards but he is somewhere you will never find him," I said walking to his cell smiling knowing I am able to get my revenge on Virgil for hurting my heart. Virgil ran at the bars tried to attack me but I was far away for him to reach I laugh maniacally.

"You monster! I knew from the moment I started having feelings for you I should've run away not knowing it will come to this point!" Virgil screamed at me I smirked knowing I was already getting into his head.

"Virgil he wants your reaction do not give it to him," Logan said knowing the game I am playing with Virgil. Virgil was seething I was happy he was at this level of feeling anger.

"Who knows Logan I can simply take away the people you love easily I know how you feel for them," I said going towards Patton's cell with a hand up ready to transport him to my room of nightmares. I saw Logan gripped his fists into balls I know I was hitting his soft spot already.

"Do not dare you monster!" Logan screamed at me before spitting at my face I wiped the spit off my face I grew angry at that.

"You should've not have done that now it is going to cost you your love," I said waving my hand at Patton transporting him to the room of nightmares.

"Patton!" Logan and Virgil screamed in vain of him hearing them. I laughed maliciously before turning to leave the cell room to torture them with the thought of the happiness and dreams of Thomas being gone. I saw Deceit he was proud of my work today knowing that those two were going to break so easily at the sight of their loves. I brought out the crystal ball that holds the room of fears I expand it to let the both of us see them in their cells experiencing their fears.

"Beautiful work Rowan they will be on our side so fast when they see they can't escape or fight against us. For being my servant for controlling the nightmares and torturing Thomas you are so loyal and smarter than the others. Even if I hold Virgil against you and kill him you would still be loyal to me. I wish the others will learn that then question me over things. I like to think of you as my next ruler if I ever to disappear and don't come back." Deceit said while walking down the hallway to his room he walked into his room. I turn back to head to my room which was across to Virgil's old room I hated the thought that his room being across giving me bad memories of us.
