Your P.O.V

Final due dates were coming up & the stress was getting too real for you to handle.

Yet you still procrastinated the weeks before to study.

Your roommate likes to blast symphony's while she studies, meanwhile you're the opposite, you need peace and silence unless for you to be able to focus on what you're doing, if you do other things while studying you tend to get off track and lose the motivation you had to study.

So you chose somewhere you knew could bring the sense of relaxation & help you stay on track to study for your English final; the book store.

You were very fond of the small building, admired the way it's worked the vintage look on the outside yet modern in the inside. The small cafe inside made the aroma of coffee fill the whole store, taking in a deep breathe, you could feel the tense from your shoulder be released as you took a seat at an empty table in the reading area next to the huge display windows.

It was filled with a few people on their laptops, a few teenagers geeking over comics, and a few others either sitting on the floor or on one of the couches as they were in their own world of imagination.

One person stood out, sitting on the floor across the lounge; his ginger curly hair, his sharp cheekbones and his jaw line that had a beard growing while his piercing blue eyes focused on the book he was reading. He had on a dark coat on while one knee was mid way up to his chest while the other leg was just flat on the floor, the way he seemed merely made you envy him.

You wished you could be as relaxed as him and be able to be as interested as he was in the thick book he was reading, but seeing him in his calm state reminded you of your panicked state as you got up from your chair as you searched for 'Othello' by Shakespeare on the bookshelves.

Your fingers ran amongst the spines of every familiar book except for the one you were searching for. You sighed in frustration as you gave up, you walked back to your seat as you slumped in your chair. You pulled out your laptop and decided to try and go rogue with the essay, but after a few minutes you were still stuck on the first paragraph.

Going rogue wasn't such a good idea, you couldn't do almost anything without that book.

University Professors are not funny anymore with their complicated homework..

You let out an exasperated sigh as you let out a small groan, burrowing your face in your hands.

"I'm so going to fail this.." You mumbled, letting out another sigh.

"Are you alright?" A smooth silk, deep voice asked. My head snapped back up as I met eye to eye with piercing blue eyes.

It was the man with ginger hair & sharp cheek bones.

"I-I'm sorry, I don't mean to invade your privacy but I couldn't help but notice how troubled you seemed." He says, as he smiled slightly while tint of pink flushed his cheeks. "I was wondering if you needed any help?" He asks, raising an eyebrow as he awaited for my answer.

"Uh..." was all you could manage to say. You felt flustered as the man was a few inches away from your face, your eyes slowly searched his face as they diverted down to the book he held.
