Riley Catch-up Part 1

How You Meet- You were walking towards your first real job at a law firm. You had just graduated from college and had almost immediately been bombarded with job offers. You were excited, but nervous, to go out into the real world on your own. As you walked in, you dropped your brief case on the floor along with your phone as you were daydreaming and not paying attention as usual. Before you could even bend down to get your stuff, a blonde girl around your age picked up your stuff and handed it to you. (Come on doesn't anyone else think that Riley would be someone to have the super cliche meet cute thing?) " Thanks." You said nervously. "No problem. I'm Riley." "Y/N" you replied shaking her hand. "I'm going to hang out with some friends at Bar on B if you want to come around 7:00.They're literally all boys so it'd be nice to have a girl to talk to for once." She said. "S-Sure see you then." First day. New crush. You were in for a wild ride.

Your Best Friend- Your best friend is Tucker. You two like to talk about how annoying Bonnie, Ben, Danny, and Riley can be despite your love for them, they can get on your nerves. Plus you and Tucker love watching the Mary Hart show together.

Your Job- You are a lawyer just like Riley. You work at the same law firm. Who doesn't love a good argument? Am I right?

You Meet The Wheelers-  You were on your way to Riley's apartment since you guys had planned on having a movie marathon. (This is while you are still just best friends btw) You walked into the apartment complex and took the elevator up to her floor. Once you arrived on her floor, you immediately bumped into someone being clumsy. "I'm so sorry." You said. "Oh no it's alright. I'm Danny." You looked up to see a very tall man in front of you. "I'm Y/N." You said after getting over the shock of how tall he was. "Wait are you Danny Wheeler?" You asked remembering the name of Riley's other best friend. "Uh, yeah. Are you Y/N as in Riley's other best friend Y/N?" "Yeah. By the way, do you know which apartment number she's in? I always forget." "Yeah, but she's actually over at me and my brother's place. Follow me." You trotted along behind him into an apartment in which you saw Riley and some other guy, who you guessed was Danny's brother Ben, arguing. "You cannot just let your mother come over to my apartment like she owns the place!" "You think I can control what she does?! Besides, if she's in your apartment, she isn't in mine!" The two finally looked over when Danny slammed the door. "Oh hey Y/N." Riley said. "Hi." You replied. "You must be Ben. I'm assuming..." "It's a pleasure to meet you." Ben said walking over and kissing your hand. Riley rolled her eyes. Soon after that a blonde woman barged in the door. "Ben what in the world!" "What did I do this time?!" Ben groaned. "You left your daughter at a day care instead of leaving her with me! Do you not trust your own mother?!" "Daycare is a good option. You aren't always around to take care of her!" You looked at Riley and she gave you a look that said this was normal. You looked around awkwardly. "So, who's ready for a movie?" Riley asked you clapping her hands together. You nodded your head at her and you both walked over to her place.
