"This is going to be a little cold," the doctor warned me as she put her hand on me to keep me still.
I had been bouncing up and down nonstop since I got in Andres' car. I couldn't be more excited to find out if I was going to have a beautiful daughter or a handsome son. I waited four months to find out the news and I wasn.t going to wait any longer. Raquel was wondering how it was possible for me to find out at three months, and I was starting to feel even more guilty for not telling her my secret. But she couldn't know. She would hate me.
"See that right there?" the doctor asked me.
I looked but couldn't see what she was talking about. Andres looked just as confused as me.
"There's nothing there..." I replied slowly.
"Exactly. You're going to have a beautiful baby girl."
I started crying as soon as she said those words. I already loved my baby, but now it was becoming real. I was going to have a beautiful daughter. I wouldn't have traded the love and joy I was feeling for the world. It was really happening. I was going to be a mom.
"You're going to be a wonderful mother, Elisa," Andres told me. He was smiling back at me with the same enthusiasm. He had grown to love her like his own. I couldn't have been happier.
After I got cleaned up, we made our way to the waiting room, and Raquel practically tackled me to the ground.
"SO WHAT IS IT?" she yelled in my face.
"Mmm," I started, giving her a sly smile. " I forgot."
"ELISA IF YOU DON'T TELL ME, I SWEAR I WILL THROW AWAY ALL YOUR JUNK FOOD, SO HELP ME."
I looked at her shocked and, I have to admit, a little sad. "Not my food! If you throw my food away, you will have two very angry and sad GIRLS on your hands."
"Girls?" she replied, emphasizing the 's'. I just looked at her patiently while I watched her wheels turning. Then, it clicked.
"OH MY GOSH WE'RE HAVING A GIRL!"
"We?" I asked, looking at her skeptically.
"Yes, WE. Now come on. I'm taking you shopping."
We said bye to Andres, and made our way to her car.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Holy. Shit. Balls." I whispered.
We were currently in Forever 21, and I was grabbing clothes for Raquel while she was changing, when I saw something. Or rather someones. She wasn't going to believe this. I knew a ton about these guys because of her. I wasn't a huge fan like her, but I was a fan. I thought they were hot in all those pictures, but that's nothing once you've seen them in person. They were sex gods. I couldn't think of any another way to describe them.
"Do you need me to get out of your way?" an amazingly beautiful british accent asked, finally stepping back into reality. I looked up into his green eyes. They were so beautiful, I felt stunned.
"N-no." I stammered. He merely chuckled at me, and moved as close as he could to the rack, giving me and my baby bump just enough room to squeeze through.
I practically ran back to the dressing rooms, nearly falling over a couple times.
"Raquel! You are never going to believe who's here!" I whispered at her.
"Who?" She asked me, curiosity seeping in her voice.
"ONE DIRECTION!" I yell whispered.
"Do you really think I'm going to fall for that? That's absolutely stupid. They're on vacation right now. Probably in the Bahamas or something, not in little old San Antonio." She told me as she walked out of her dressing room and to the racks, where I was stood, to place her unwanted clothes there.
"Well, the Bahamas are nice," an Irish accent said, coming from behind me. I saw her freeze where she was. She knew there voices better then I had, and I knew she wouldn't have had to see them to know who it was. Niall Horan.
We both slowly turned around to face a small group of boys.
"Hello," they said in unison.
"Oh. My. God."
"No, we're One Direction silly," a british accent coming from non other than Louis Tomlinson said.
And then a thump came from next to me.
Raquel fainted.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Elisa, you're never going to believe the dream I had. One Direction was in Forever 21 while we were shopping!" Raquel just woke up, after her faint and hitting her head fairly hard. She still hadn't noticed her surroundings.
"Raquel, look around babe. You're in a hospital room." I told her slowly.
Confusion dawned on her face.
"One Direction really was there. You fainted. Liam called the ambulance, because you hit your head pretty hard," I told her. "They're in the waiting room right now. They feel bad after scaring you like that. They offered to take us out to dinner."
"Oh my god..." was all she said.
"Don't faint on me again! I was worried sick. You should know better than to worry a pregnant woman!" I scolded her jokingly.
She got discharged and we walked out making plans for dinner with the boys. They told us they'd pick us up at seven, and dinner was to be a surprise, except to dress fancy.
When we got home, I collapsed on my bed, andafter telling Elisa I was going to take a nap.
Just when I started to fall asleep my phone started ringing.
"Hello?" i answered sleepily, without checking the caller ID.
"I heard we're having a baby girl." a voice said, startling me.
"How did you get my number? Who told you? We made it clear that you have nothng to do with my baby." I told him, feeling myself getting angry.
"No, you made it seem like that. But that's not what's going to happen. She's my daughter too. I couldn't care less how this affects you. I'm going to see her." I could hear him getting mad, but I didn't care.
"NO YOU'RE NOT ADRIAN!" I yelled at him, then hung up.
