It was almost 8, i had taken a shower and i had my waste wrapped in a towel, as i was choosing something nice to wear. i decided to wear my rainbow sweater and some black ripped skinny jeans. since, he told me not to dress too fancy. we were just going to one of my favourite local diners. it was called Pops Chock'lit shoppe. the place had teal walls and red windows, along with a big sign. the sign reminded me of a movie theatre that had the lights around the outside. that shined a yellow-ish colour. i slipped on my clothes and grabbed my phone. and waited for him, my green eyes scanning around. caden was always right on time. it was now, 8:05. i was already starting to worry. i felt tears spring into my eyes. i know it has only been afew minutes but he's usually not late. he's ALWAYS right on time. not a second later. i don't want the same thing to happen to him. i refuse. he has to be okay. it was now 8:10 he sped into my drive way. i ran to the car in tears. i opened his door and hugged him. sniffling. kissing his cheek. "are you okay?! are you hurt?" he asked looking at him with pure concern. caden nodded, "baby are you okay? i'm sorry i frightened you. i should have texted you so you wouldn't worry as much love. i'm sorry." he said kissing his cheek. justin calms down and gets in his side. as they go towards pops.
him and i order what we usually get. his usual is poutine, and a burger with a milkshake. i usually get a salad, a chocolate milkshake and fries. pop, the owner of the restaurant knows us well, we go there quite abit and we usually talk to pop for a while, he asks us how our relationship is going, one time he asked if caden was going to propose. i sat silently and looked at caden. caden had just looked down shyly.
we enjoyed our meal.
"what would you like to do after this love?" caden asked me in his kind low voice.
"we could go to my place and watch netflix"
"it's really up to u, as long as i am by ur side i'm okay."
i blush "okay, then a movie and cuddling it is."
caden smiles "okay babe."
after afew hours of ya talking to each other and pop, along with eating of course. we go to my place i flick on netflix and sit on his lap, he was sitting on the couch. i snuggle into his chest and he puts his hands on my waist and kisses me i kiss back happily and he holds me close. i feel safe within his strong arms. idk what it is but i do.
